I just had Rafi was a certified sick C**t great guy, top bloke would want my kids to marry him.

Very poor customer service. These two girls were just busy chatting and complaining about someone, while we asked if we could get a carry bag, the answer is no and the lady who was complaining gave me a used bag, and said this is all what we have.
I saw another customer asked if he can top-up opal card, they said, no, we can’t.
Very disappointing customer service.

I asked if there was extra surcharge if I paid by card. The cashier replied no. When I was about to pay, I saw the amount increased and asked him about it. He replied that he wanted to charge me extra. I told him that I am not going to pay extra and kindly asked him to return my Opal card. He yelled at me non-stop, refusing to return my Opal card and forcing me to pay extra. I ended up paying extra on top of the $80 opal card fee to leave the store with my Opal card. The cashier yelled at me and was extremely disrespectful. If you want horrible customer service and get forced to pay ridiculously extra, shop at this store.

Rude customer service from the guy who is working tonight 24/01/2024. The individual in question exhibited rude behavior, which significantly impacted my overall impression of the store.

Cashier didn’t look up from her phone whilst serving where she bluntly explained that they only sell opal cards by cash which might be true but seems shonky as. Apologies to Ezymart if this is the statewide practice.

No prices marked on anything so you'll only find out how much you're getting ripped off once the items get scanned at the counter. How is this legal? Avoid and go up the escalator to Coles.

I just came to buy something and the guy threw the change to me, not on my hand and he dropped the coins all over the floor. What is wrong with his attitude? He looked like he didn’t want to be there. Honestly I would never come back just because of this. Hire people with some sense of decency.
