So bad customerservice . I bought an umbrella and open infront of the rude guy and it was broken .when i tried another it was not original. Very low product.but he was so nasty and didn't like i opeened it.I asked for Refund he said the manager will come this afternoon. This kind of people need to have training. This is Australia. Learn from them and do a proper job.

Consistent with other reviews - there are no prices shown and incredibly overpriced Would not recommend at all. Borders on deceptive pricing tactics that I’m surprised they haven’t been warned about.

Extremely overpriced shop, with no price tags. AUD $6 was charged for a small bag of chips, which go for $2, $5.5 for a 55 gms for lion chocolate which goes for less than $2 normally. By not putting price tags, they mislead you into picking maximum stuff, only to amaze you with an exorbitant bill at the cash counter.

Disgusting customer service. Got charged $3.95 for a paddle pop. The cashier started to fight when asked for a refund. No proper price tags were available. So rude.
