I have been a client of Penrith Osteopathy over many years and am very grateful for their help. Peter’s advice and treatments for my L4/L5 prolapsed disc and issues with sciatica have resulted in the orthopaedic surgeon reversing his decision to go ahead with surgery on my back. This, along with the therapeutic massages given by Julie, has restored me to good mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend their services.

I can highly recommend Penrith Osteopathy. I have suffered with gastroesophageal reflux over many years without any significant improvement from the various proton pump inhibitor medications I have been prescribed. Last year my endoscopy showed significant ulceration and I was diagnosed with Barrett’s Esophagus. However, due in large measure to the treatments and advice provided by Peter, my health has greatly improved. My latest endoscopy, to the amazement of the gastroenterologist, revealed almost complete healing.
Peter’s extensive knowledge and professional expertise is provided with compassion and calm reassurance. I particularly appreciate that plenty of time is allowed not only for treatment but for thorough investigation and for addressing my concerns and questions. I am very grateful for Peter’s help.

I've been going to this practice for many years now and have been treated by not only Peter but others with great results. This is the best treatment instead of physio or using pain killers and I highly recommend. I have recommended friends and family that are overwhelmed with their treatment and outcomes.

For me, osteopathy has emerged as the best possible treatment for a troublesome, inoperable (have to live with) cyst on my lower spine. Moving away from Sydney prompted my search for a new osteopath and I was fortunate to find Peter Ray. His holistic approach, his patience and immense skill have not only brought relief from my “can’t sit down” pain and relentless headaches, but have stabilised my recalcitrant digestive system along the way. It seems the answer does lie in a well-aligned body!

I had a similar experience to Johnny. I would not recommend Peter. He may be experienced, but he's eager to get as many appointments out of his patients as he can. Perhaps he's looking after his Super in spite of his client's financial situations.
Peter failed to explain his diagnosis fully to me, leaving me to feel distressed and confused. He seemed eager to move onto his next patient as well. Would not recommend, nor would I choose to return.

I had two sessions with Peter Ray (the owner). He might be skilled at what he does or for all I know the worlds best osteopath but he was just focused on taking me for my money rather than providing a great service. On my 2nd session he treated my knees for literally 3 minutes, then said he will "fix my ankles next session" and then ran out the room to see another patient then billed me for $110.

Put it this way, I feel that if he could solve whatever issue you had in 20 minutes, he would attempt to break that session up into four 5 minute sessions just to increase profit and numbers without any care for the patients welfare, financial state, or general inconvenience of having to travel however far for another session. I feel he viewed me the same way a casino views a patron, where the goal is to maximise profit from each individual and the patient is a mobile ATM coming through the door with unlimited resources.

To Peter the owner, if you read this I do think that you are a good person but one who just got lost along the way and became caught up in the financials of wanting to run a "successful" clinic. I am sorry if I am harsh, but this was just my experience, and I wish you the best going forward.
