Beautifully located beside an amazing lake in a beautiful war memorial garden

New and modern updates to this facility. Have a small theatre and historic display of the lake. Clean toilets and air-conditioned

An excellent first place to stop when in Benalla,and right next to the park which is beautiful the woman who helped us there was very helpful and had excellent customer service and something that makes your visit special is when they serve you with a smile makes my day

A kind and friendly host at the information desk gave us great suggestions for exploring the area.

Worth a visit. Informative displays on Weary Dunlop, and Ned Kelly, who share a history in the area.

Sought directions and info of local City plus all the nearby towns we're about to travel through. Online mapping assistance and great local knowledge of her town, provided us everything needed. Really nice to talk to locals who help you well. Cheers! They'll be back in their new premises on the lake in August 2023, but have enjoyed sharing usage of the brilliant old Commercial pub by the Bridge

Lots of info about the local area. There is also a museum ($5 entry) and galleries showing local military history as well as fashion throughout history. There are toilets there as well.

Stopped into the visitor information centre as I usually do on my travels. Staff were very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. Very knowledgeable. Thanks!

Excellent resources and staff.

Excellent. Well laid out. Pleasant volunteers. Close by is the Ceramic Mural. Make sure you see this. Most of the tiles/bricks were made by Benalla School children in the 1980's. The street art, silo trail and so much more make Benalla a top location.

Info bags at the door when they closed😄 great idea. Went through the Kelly Museum, lots of info. Lady we spoke with knew the area and was extremely helpful.
