Nicest people ever! I was stranded in Benalla and they let me stay the whole day even tho I just bought one item.
They talked to me every now and then and everybody else seemed very satisfied!
Super clean as well.

Great service from the one and only ginger in cafe, we love when he makes me caramel lattes

Long queues and long wait for drive thru

Ordered 10 meals via App then picked up. Everything went smoothly.
All meals were correct, hot and yum.

Whoever the lady was that made our food at 4am in the morning in sunday. Woman you deserve a raise, I have not had food THAT good from McDonald's ever. And a coffee that wasnt burnt? Holy heck. That's honestly the best take away coffee I've had in years! And I've never had a good one from maccas so THANK YOU!

I was visiting Benalla & had my early morning breakfast ( 6 am.) here. It was great & brought to my table.

Ordered from drive through while passing by to go to Albury on a Saturday afternoon, very fast from the person on the speaker but the kitchen was quite slow. Young lady on the speaker was very polite and quick

Clean and courteous. Patient young lady helped us digitally order and prompted me when I needed help to remember particular product name. The strawberry blond is a born merchandiser.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's but my grandchildren are.
Whenever we've been there the people have been lovely. Always friendly and smiley and helpful.

They must put a bit more love into there work at this store it always tastes better than other stores

My friend & I drop in for a late tea after seeing a movie 🎦 at Benalla Cinema.
We enjoyed our meal & drinks whilst having a good yarn.
