Friendly staff, plenty of parking and reasonable prices. Great for a fast food fix

The customer service was very very good. The chicken was amaaaazingly good!! Hot. Fresh. Steaming & delicious.

We stopped over for a late lunch, food was very fresh and the man at the counter served wrong burger, but when we pointed out he apologised a lot, and asked us to keep both burgers .

They were short staff but were happy friendly and quick

I had not had KFC for at least six months. It was a very pleasant surprise when I needed a quick lunch while traveling through Benalla to have a top class take-away. The two pieces of chicken were just so fresh and crispy. Service quick and polite. A big thank you to the operators .

Food is good better then most kfc I have been too but they do need more staff to help reduce the length of time it takes to get food but other then that you will get good food from here

Not greasy, good service. Tables and floors clean. Bins changed regularly. Would recommend.

Really friendly staff here, food was perfect and tasty. It seems some people expect fine dining here? It's a KFC. It's in a good location not far off the highway and they're open fairly late. I'd definitely go back if I lived nearby.

A really good KFC spot! Staff were all super friendly and attentive even though it was late when we were there. Cooked us fresh chicken and the pieces I wanted, and a fresh burger too. Will go back for sure.

Chicken here is one of the best I've tried. Staff very friendly and helpful. They are the pride of Benella town. Thanks for the great service. It makes my 20mins detour from the Hume Highway worth it.

it was good this time I have had some experiences in the past but the food was cooked perfectly and my popcorn chicken wasn't burnt overcooked or too oily
