Cobb Inlander Motel

Our room for 2 was suitable for a comfortable stay in every respect. We were on a road trip and appreciated the convenience of the location of this motel to the centre of Hay. The overnight price was very good - the best value for money over our 16 day trip. Excellent take-away two doors down, and a pub bistro just beyond that. The room was clean, there was plenty of space for our travelling needs, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was was both clean and comfortable to use. The young couple who have just taken over the motel were extemely pleasant hosts, and have already started a cycle of freshening the rooms for even better presentation. We wished them well.

Stayed here for a night as a transit. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is helpful. Manager told me they have recently taken over the place and intend to make it nicer

We enjoyed our week here in Hay and the motel is on the main street which provides easy walking distance to shops and under new management the motel is being renovated with further expansions to accommodate people visiting the area.

We stayed in this motel overnight while travelling from Adelaide to Sydney.

Very clean, very reasonable and central location. Definitely will be coming back again.

On our drive from Adelaide to Sydney this was a wonderful place to stop for the night. The were great about offering a late check in. The even put the AC on for us ahead of arrival which was a nice touch. The place was clean and the shower was great. 10/10 recommend.

Room and service is great, updating occurring and will be finished shortly. The new management is very service orientated and supportive. This is in a prime location in Hay.

Did a stop over for overnight. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Manager was new and planning renovating rooms. Overall Budget motel with great location.

Lovely place. Boisterous host. Wonderful lass. I recommend this place for a stop over. The pub is 5 doors down.

Awesome little spot, management went out of their way to make our pretty large group feel comfortable and really accommodated us well. We were in Hay for the Rainbow on the Plains festival and appreciated the efforts of management to make us feel safe and welcome ❤ also the pool was beautifully clean which is unusual for smaller accommodation venues ☺

The motel is centrally located with reasonable sized clean rooms and a swimming pool to cool down after a day of touring around.

Great place for a quick stop over. The price is quite reasonable and they have everything you need. Beds were actually comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet at night. Also the staff lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Location was very convenient for a stopover from Bris to Adelaide. Easy to find. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The place is what you would expect a motel to be. The rooms are big so great for a family of 4 (well the one we had). A place for a night sleep before you continue with on your venture. Carparks available within the site which is great!

What an amazing place for the price! Wonderful helpful staff, big comfy room with everything needed for a short stay from toaster, kettle, soaps, hair dryers, tv and heaps I've not mentioned. Great location close to playgrounds for the kids and plenty of spots to eat with really good food.
The location is beautiful and not what I expected from somewhere in the middle of Aus. Obviously it's not a 5 star big budget hotel in a capital city n if that's what you want then Hay probably isn't for you but for what it is I can't fault it and would happily stay again and I was warned about mossies as it's close to the river but once in our room there was no mossies at all and the people who complained obviously were to stupid to shut doors and windows. Great clean rooms. Lovely country welcome at checkin. Amazing price at $100 and just a 100metre stroll to the pub for a cheeky beer. No brainer. Stop here
