Hay Big 4

After a long drive from Adelaide it was a very pleasant surprise to receive and friendly welcome at the reception. Our pet friendly cabin was very clean and tidy with all the necessary items provided for a pleasant overnight stay. Most sites seemed to have great shade, with very little noise from the nearby Highway. Have stayed at other places in Hay in the past but this stay was by far the best. Excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others

Great location. Spacious cabin with everything you need. Comfortable queen bed. Very good value and friendly.

Great park to stay at when you're going bush. It's not the Hilton, but the cabins are clean and have everything you need. Good beds and amenities. Recommended.

Easy to manage an entry after the office has closed. Pool was great. Pool towels were a surprise bonus. Drive through access made it easy with a 25 ft Motorhome.

We had a great stay at the Big 4 caravan park in Hay. Quiet, excellent facilities, and for those with dogs, there is a dog park across the road. Would definitely stay again.

What an amazing little park, with Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend this park 🤩. Nice, neat and clean ammenities. Off leash park area for the holidaying dogs too.

We were able to book a large powered site just an hour our of town. It's a quiet little park that is both extremely kid and pet friendly. The pool was fresh and the playground kept our little one occupied. The toilets and showers are nice and clean and the hot water and pressure was amazing

Very clean, well layed out sites so you can stayed hooked up if needed.

We stayed at this caravan park for a few days on our way to Mildura. On the way we struck car issues and we would arrive way past closing time of 5.30pm. The owner stayed open especially for us until we finally arrived. We couldn't drive very fast with the car trouble we had. We then ended up on a great levelled powered site. The service at this park is second to none. Will stay here again on our way home. Thank you for showing us that there are still great people around ready to give you great service. It makes our holiday that much more special..
Across the road is the South Hay hotel that serves great meals for very reasonable prices..

Rooms are starting to show wear and tear in the bathroom, other than that very clean , great facilities, and best staff . Room for caravans and all your parking. We had a 4x4 and a car trailer and they made room for it , no problem.

Great sites, clean amenities, friendly staff, great pub across the road for a great meal, pool to cool down in, great location just out of town

We regularly stay on our trips across the plains. Always neat and tidy and a welcome rest. We recently had a hiccup with our plans that impacted our booking and hearing staff genuinely happy to help and look for a solution was something I really needed.

pefect location on the river and cabins are clean staff freindly and we stayed in multiple cabins over the weeks for a work trip .

200m to the river and the pub within 50m what more could you ask for

Sarah was absolutely outstanding!!! She gave us heads up re road closures and such and gave us free late check out as we where exsaughted from driving from SA the previous day.

My only criticism was the site wasn’t level meaning we couldn’t shower in the van as it was leading downhill

The site was quiet and we had a good night sleep.

The showers had good pressure and where very hot which was refreshing

Powered site was perfect! Fitted our bus well. Nice and tidy, even quiet that close to Highway. Pub only 100m away for a top feed.

This is caravan park was comfortable to stay in except for one thing. Do NOT have more than 3 people in one cabin. I will not reduce the rating because of this but the cabins are not that large and too many people makes it uncomfortable to be around. Other than that, easy 5 stars. Nice place to stay if you are travelling a long distance. Theres also a nice view of the sun over the trees when it isn't cloudy.

Convenient and a Resource place to Stay.

An excellent park to base your stay in Hay and tour the surrounding regions.

There is a small Play area within the park and bigger play area with lot more equipments just outside the park.
A dog park adjacent is also a great feature.

The staff are extremely helpful and appreciative of the needs of the guests.

They have free supplies of flavoured frozen ice pole products to cool down the kids in the summer heat.
Swimming pool in the park is also a place where both adults and kids can take a dip or have a swim.

Cabins are designed to maintain privacy , without having windows with views into another adjacent cabin.
All cabins and caravan parking are well arranged and organized.

A common kitchen is also available for guests who do not have their own cabins or facilities within their rooms.

It has a nice location with a pub outside, a walking trail and all stores and shops within convenient distance.

All in all great value of money and a nice clean place to stay.
