Abode Woden

Best place to stay hands down! It felt like the priority was on the guest's experience, not on profit. You could do everything online, order from the pantry for pre-made meals & snacks, room service with not charge & check out. The food was amazing & the coffee hands down best in Canberra.

Best sleep in years, bed was soooo comfy. Free easy parking across the road. Great value for money. Staff were very friendly. No outside noise. Highly recommend.

Stayed overnight for a work trip. The front desk staff were Friendly and helpful. The Hotel is modern, the room was clean and quite good overall. Enjoyed the breakfast downstairs very much.

We’ve stayed at the Abode Woden on numerous occasions and this was just a one night stay. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is such a great idea. We love cooking our own food when we are travelling.

The staff are always friendly and nice.

Convenient place for my needs. Easy check in and out. Instructions in lifts need to change as at least 3 people I spoke to had to get help. Eliminate the word "tap" from the instructions so the "hold" bit is more explicit and it will be good!

Apartment was clean and had all the necessities to prepare a meal (skillet, cooktop, etc. though the knife could have been sharper). Dishwasher and washer/dryer unit were a bonus. No free parking is available but there is a paid parking lot across the street.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff helpful. Great Cafe downstairs with efficient and very pleasant staff. Would stay here again.

Clean Rooms. Good Service. Has an onsite Restaurant that can deliver meals to the room. Pricey and small portions though. Walkable distance to the Hellenic Club for more meal options.

Great stay. Although right in town, location was quiet and slept well. The amenities in the room were beyond expectation and would stay here again!

This is our main go-to Canberra hotel. We’ve stayed a few times in differing rooms (studio up to 2-bedroom). Has all the main conveniences eg microwave, fridge, washing machine etc. very close to Woden shopping complex to pick up extra items. Cafe at the hotel opens early and great breakfast deal you see a bunch of tradies come in for also. parking is ACT paid parking across the road but easier now since they use an App. Not very far from the hospital either.

Very central location, close to parking, Hellenic Club, Woden Shopping Centre & Bus interchange. Rooms very clean, quiet and well equipped. Reasonable rates.

Fabulous rooms, great staff and everything is close by - restaurants, shopping centre, etc. Only short coming is poor parking only outdoors in metered parking lot

Easy hotel in a good location, with good food and all value for money. I have come back here a few times now for work or holiday visits.

Perfect for quiet, comfortable rooms and beds. Nice and close to both Canberra hospitals or if you just wanna have a good time shopping or visiting any of Canberra's famous or touristy spots. Loved it. Great price too

First of all, it’s in a great location. Pretty central, and was close enough to everything I had planned to do, so didn’t take me long to get around to all those places.
The service at the front counter was great, nice people well presented, and of course I was pretty happy to get a free upgrade that I didn’t even ask for. Have to say a big thank you for that one.
The room was quite clean (which is super important to me), the temperature was well-regulated, and the rainfall shower was just as good as the one at home.
The restaurant offers room service, and while there isn’t a huge number of options, the food tastes great and was delivered to the room within half an hour both nights I was there.
They don’t have parking, but there is a public car park across the street. And if you leave at 8.30 in the morning and stay out and about until 5.30 at night you don’t even have to pay for it.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will stay there again next time I come back to Canberra.

I always choose to stay at the Abode in Woden. It is convenient and close to my work, the shops are a short stroll from the hotel, the restaurant is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Always enjoy staying at Abode motels this is my 4th Adobe in a different location, love choosing Abode as the rooms are always apartment like! meaning you get laundry kitchen and spacious living area.
The view from the 8th floor was outstanding and rooms are always clean and well stocked with condiments and kitchen wear

Absolutely stunning, it's a must stay accommodation if U want to be a walking distance to the shopping centre with lots of foods and restaurants around even after dark, all you need is place I'm one area so U dnt have to take a taxi, very convenient and the staff of the hotel and the restaurant are very nice and approachable. I feel at home, Thank you to the staff, you did well.
