The staff have been absolutely lovely every time I’ve visited. They show kindness and compassion; are happy to answer your questions; and feel very genuine in their customer service.

Today I witnessed such kind, professional assistance by staff to a lady suffering confusion. Such compassion & care was incredibly heart warming.

The service here is always fast and the people are lovely, especially Bryce he’s full of knowledge and very kind. Deserves a pay rise !

I have lived in Newcomb for the last 25 years.My wife has significant health issues,since peak pharmacy was taken over I have seen nothing more than dissarre.i don't honestly know if there is a management issue or the fact coordinating staff is not well utilised.on neumouas occasions scripts have been lost or not sent,then levelling the blame directly towards you.There are some wonderful staff and there are ones that should not deal with the general public overall not impressed

There are some great people at this Chemist, and there some that take advantage of people.
My rating is 0.5 Stars if it could be.
For the past year I have been told I have been owwing scripts to be paid for me.
This incident was today, the treatment and response to inviduals who are having a panic attack and then tell the person having a panic attack not to walk away, you need a lesson in mental health. You had made the person wait 1 hour for a script, then another 15 minutes because you didn't know it needed to be prepared. Then tell the person that they are owing a paid script but have paid everything and nothing is owing and demand for the invidual to pay or seek her bank account statement. Here I was trying to calm the invidual before her panic attack got worse and you put your hand up and say I'm not talking to you, well I wasn't talking to you either I was coming the invidual.
Just because you can't take advantage of me now doesn't mean you need to do another individual

I have used this chemist shop for 49 years. This is the worse service I have experienced in all that time. I had to wait 1hr and 10 mins to have a prescription made up. I was also given pharmacy medicine with being asked about the substitute.

I am appalled at the service I received from the female pharmacist in charge today, I was refused a replacement ventolin, that was faulty, & that the company that made them said via phone I needed to get a replacement from the chemist I bought it from..I left crying all due to the fact that there is 'too much paperwork' & 'has no authority to replace it'..I suffer from bad lung disease & need my inhaler every hr, I will be calling the owner to put in a formal complaint , I was shocked & outraged, why not just replace the pump & make the customer happy, but no she has made this a bigger problem now, its the principal of the fact & not being compassionate..disgraceful, shocking customer service
