Although the staff are obviously quite young, they're friendly, respectful and always 100% professional and while they sometimes get a few bits wrong with the order, it's nothing major and it's fixed quickly and with a smile, one of the best Maccas around.

I think her name was Steph (I'm so sorry I'm so bad at remembering names) who was extremely helpful when my ubereats order took an interesting turn. Totally customer focussed and apologised heaps (even though McDonalds was not at fault!). Thank you for help making an annoying situation less annoying :D ahah! Thanks!

Clean toilets, quiet place, maybe because it's public holiday and playground is safe and small. Paparapapap!

Served by Finn who took our order and saw the process through. He was friendly, courteous and very efficient. Treated other staff very well. Great coffee.

I haven't had a carmel sundae with the sauce on the top and the bottom for about 10 years, that was the purpose of the trip, it was amazing 🤩

Not many McDonald's get more than 2 stars. Place was clean, quiet, fresh and friendly staff. Keep up the great work

Clean bathroom, food hot, table service cheerful

I put my order via mobile, it was so straightforward. Waiting time is only a couple of mins (mind you this order is late night order) anyway, I just want to say that the voice behind the order was so friendly and lovely, for someone who is potentially at the end of their shift and still use friendly tone, deserves a shoutout or payrise!!!!

McDonald's drive through is ALWAYS good value... good pick me up coffee which gave us the lift we needed, first to relax and then to drive home safely.
Well Done Maccas, I'm sure your Drive through Service, which is Always serviced by lovely young people who care about giving us an uplifting feeling about ourselves as we leave. 😁

There was a bit of a line in the drive through which was disappointing but we need to keep in mind there's a sever labour shortage due to covid omicron strain. That said the staff where very nice and doing there absolutely best. The beautiful latte was worth the wait. I recommend this maccas especially putting the right amount of sugars in my latte. Definitely worth stopping for a coffee or a quick feed

Staff were so friendly. My order was spot on.
HOT chips and burger.
It doesn't take much to make me happy. But this meal was exceptional.
So glad it wasn't slapped together like other restaurants.

Was told between 3-5mins for us to wait for our order, but it came out in way less than that. Very impressed. The car park needs to be redesigned better as it's a disgustingly bad design.

Very good lately. Haven't had an issue for some time and orders are always accurate and fresh.

After our long training we desperately needed a good coffee for caffeine-addicted like us. However our lively driver didn't realise that our van was too high for a drive through. So we was stucked for a while couldn't go forward and backward. However with great helps from the manager and afternoon shifters we could manage to reverse with small damages on our cars. We really appreciated Macca's help today. For the coffee we had no complaints but the other menus we haven't tried any thing yet.

They have phased in the self service order screens so we had a helpful staff member show us through the options for coffee. Always have raw sugar and either a travel cup or eat in to avoid the disposable cups. Mcdonalds are happy to accomodate these options at full service stores. Amenities always clean.

I attended McDonalds last week. The boy in the blue top, who i believe his name badge said Fin, was helping the new employees serve who were learning how to take customers orders properly. His professional attitude, friendliness and manor in which he conducted his training was amazing. Everyone keep up the great work at McDonalds Geelong West !

It was full but I got through and my goodness chick in the register she was a lovely young chick God Bless Her
