Rory has left our roof looking just amazing. The house is over 50 years old and the roof looked it. It now looks incredible. Rory worked so hard and was open and honest with his communication to us about what he was doing. Rory was a pleasure to have working at the house and I would highly recommend Roof Shine for your roof restoration. We are so happy its completed and we cant stop looking at it!!!

Rory did a great job of replacing tiles, cleaning and repainting our roof from original red tiles to charcoal grey. Our home looks 10 years younger. Great price too. Would highly recommend

VCAT HAVE AWARDED COSTS. RORY DO YOU WANT TO SETTLE BEFORE WE PROGRESS TO THE MAGISTRATES COURT? Unreliable! Roof left unfinished. Referred to VCAT. Nov 2021 Rory will you please come back and finish our roof? We paid you in full and you said you were coming back and you haven’t. You have left our solar panels and roof windows in a disgraceful state that can be seen from the road. We have called and texted numerous times you keep promising but you don’t show up. How can we sell our property with the mess that you’ve left us with? Update March 2022 referred to VCAT after five months 16 text messages, 8 phone calls and two letters of demand and damages of $2694. Update August 2022 - VCAT hearing - Rory failed to show up.

I have had to take Rory to VCAT. He was unprofessional. His work was sloppy. He used three different colours in the pointing of a tiled roof. The pointing was sloppy. I had the roof looked at and the work as incomplete, there were cracks and tiles not cut correctly. He didn’t get back to me when I asked. I gave him over 5 opportunities to fix the issues and he said he would be there and wasn’t.
