Really well equipped facility with an amazing team of coaches and members. We went through a workout with the coaching team and would highly recommend to all of you’re in the GC!

Vertex Gym is a fantastic place, no doubt about it. The staff is super friendly, and the gym itself is top-notch. They've got great equipment and the classes are next level. Reg and Char make it feel like you’re part of the family from the moment you step through the door. I’ve lived on the Gold Coast my whole life, but this is the first gym where I walked in on day one and felt instantly at home.
The (incredible) team/family at Vertex make training so much fun, both trainers and clients. Go on your own, or with a friend, you will never feel out of place. The actual training is awesome; with a focus on working smarter not harder, and seeing the results. The trainers attention to detail and form will help you get the results you’re after, and it’s comforting knowing they have your back! 20/10 🙌🏽

Vertex is hands down the best gym I’ve been to! Reggie and Char are high-vibe, down to Earth people who make every session worthwhile. I love the versatility when it comes to training — no two workouts are the same. There is also a great community atmosphere, especially on Saturday mornings!

The vertex gym has completely changed my life. For most my life exercise has always been through basketball. Team sport gave so much to my life physically, mentally and socially. Hanging up the boots for me was a huge decision and left a void in my life. Vertex training came and filled that hole and made it overflow.

This gym is like a home to me. Not because of the ‘building’ but because of the people. Vertex makes you feel like you are apart of something, apart of a team, apart of a family. You feel safe to be vulnerable. You feel you can push yourself to your breaking point and you know Reggie and Char will catch you if you do fall.

Vertex for me reminds me of playing competitive sport. It gives me the feeling of pure enjoyment and the determination to push myself to my limits. I find myself getting into the flow. The flow that my mind needs more than my body. I find myself at peace, where your mind stops but your body just carries you.

Vertex has changed my life not just physically but socially and mentally.

I can’t recommended Vertex enough. It’s more than just a gym. I have only been apart of this community since late last year and Reg, Char and the gym have made such an impact on my life already. It’s a place where you can workout and been in the company with the best people. Reg and char are both amazing people that support and motivate you to get to your own goals.

Hard to find a gym where the trainers genuinely care so much about their members. Brilliant functional training facility with barista made coffees and friends in abundance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a functional space to train for strength, conditioning and introduction into CF training.

The team at Vertext Training have done the most amazing job at creating a home away from home space. I have trained with them for the past 6 years, they’re workouts are always challenging and the program always stays fresh and exciting! The vibes are constantly high and the community is truly something to be proud of!!

Yesterday Vertex hosted us for a private session for my birthday.
The experience was so amazing, Reg and Cha brought such an amazing energy to the group, they made the sessions super fun and interactive with games and prizes throughout, and we finished off with some Bball and ice baths.

Vertex is a beautiful venue with beautiful owners, I couldn’t recommend them higher ❤

Before coming to vertex I had never been in a group fitness environment. They are so welcoming, taking the time to teach and be patient with progress. I enjoy everyday I come, and have come so far in a year. I look forward to continue to. The community is next to nothing I have been apart of before. Couldn’t recommend any more highly, LFG.
