Warralily Family Dental Surgery

I have just returned home after having extensive dental work carried out over two sessions.Nim (the dentist) was super efficient ,professional and just so nice.
The whole experience was very good from the time I was greeted by the receptionist (Jess) till all the procedure was completed.
I cannot praise all the team enough.

The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and make going to the dentist a positive experience! Jess and Nim have already helped reduce my partners negativity and fear towards the dentist in the short time he's been there already. Highly recommend them 👌

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. I called Jessica and got in contact With Nim because they made my partner feel right at home they provided an excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

NIM was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

After neglecting my teeth during Covid times. I attended the practice for emergency treatment and now have a treatment plan to restore my teeth back to health. The stuff have been wonderful and have explained every step of the process and always have my best interest at heart. Special shout out to Jess, who is just wonderful and so caring and always prepared to go the extra mile for customers.

My husband had an emergency dental procedure on a Saturday morning at very short notice. We were very impressed from first contact with the receptionist to the care and treatment from the dentist and dental assistant. A very efficient and pleasant team. Well done.

The staff are incredible! I had to bring my 16 month old along and they were amazing with her, she was happy and engaged my whole appointment.

After not going to a dentist for a long time cause of bad experiences, Nim and her team are amazing and make me feel so welcome!

Most positive experience I have ever had at a dentist. The whole team were beautiful and so helpful and patient, especially with my baby that I had to bring along to my appointment. Really is a family friendly dentist and I don’t plan on going anywhere else now. Thank you :)
