Spacious room (king suite), very clean & well-appointed. Extremely comfortable extra large bed and pillows...a rare combination! Description of room said separate bedroom, which it wasn't, but didn't matter.
Quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants - an easy walk to these.
My only 'complaints' would be the shower head...wasn't terrible but could have been better. And the TV was small in comparison to the room size and distance frm the bed. Otherwise, top spot - we'll be back.

We called to book without any notice on our road trip. Lovely lady checked availability for us & 2 kids, she got us into a room for check in only 1 hour away. On arrival room is modern, king bed with linen & sofa bed made for the kids. Pool was lovely and clean, fibreglass so kid friendly. Kitchenette & bathroom in great condition, very modern. Air con already cooling the room on our arrival & plenty of toiletries.

The ladies that run it are so fantastic and friendly and can't do enought to make your stay perfect. The rooms are so clean and complete I would rate this motel a 5 star for sure

fantastic mitel in middle of town, Chicken Kiev @ the pub was fantastic, as well as the cold beer.
Motel had absolutely quality bedding, best shower I’ve had in years, sorry I stole the shower rose, haha

Fantastic accomodations. Lovely clean and new rooms. Comfy bed and nice shower and spa bath. Soft towels and 2 dressing gowns provided. Great value for the price they charge. Lovely shaded pool. And on the msin street but it feels miles away.

Best accommodation I stayed in hay. The service was the best, they turned out the aircon, pulled the blinds and have fresh cold water and milk for our arrival. The pool was also great in the heat

Large rooms, good surface in the carpark, swimming pool, supermarket across the road, clean rooms, good water pressure.

We have stayed several times over the years and will always come back. We get a clean comfortable beds! Clean showers and room. Friendly helpful service. Walking distance to eat, have a drink, wander around town. This is the best place to stay and we love it!

By far the cleanest and neatest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Every aspect was on the money. Staff were fantastic. If you’re in Hay, this is where you want to stay.

Good value. Good location. Comfortable beds. No fuss.

Clean, tidy, welcoming and has a good pool with a bbq. Really fun Pride festival once a year too.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting a girlfriend living in Hay. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we checked in the staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean and tidy and both the bathroom and living spaces were huge. Beds were super comfy and the shower pressure was amazing. Anything we needed the staff were happy to help. Would highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. The only downfall was our noisy neighbours carrying on at 5am
