Our family history is on display here so this museum has special significance for me and my family. Had a great visit and learnt more about family history and the area in general. Definitely worth a visit.

Please stop in to this amazing and informative museum when in or passing through Swansea.
Such a wonderful collection of local, military and indigenous history.
The walk through displays are very well done.
Donation entry at reception or free.
Thanks to everyone who has created & continues to preserve our history.

We visited with our children and grandchildren and were guided around the museum by Noel. He was great with the children and was very knowledgeable and interesting. It's a very well set up museum. Highly recommend

Great museum, alot of history from the town&Tasmania ,receptionist has alot of knowledge about the museum and very friendly.
