I was sorry to you lose my last doctor but upon meeting my new doctor I have confirmed that this medical centre only employs the best medical staff as they are all very helpful and it seems that nothing is too much trouble as I am a very needy patient at times

Couldn’t speak more highly of Dr Deepa! She is always incredibly thorough and compassionate. Never have I felt more heard and listened to by a doctor. She is no longer a bulk-billing doctor but honestly, the $40 out of pocket fee is worth it.

The GP services available in Geelong are pretty embarrassing by comparison, especially considering that bulk billing is no where to be found these days with an average cost of around $80.

For anyone who is contemplating this medical centre, do not hesitate, even for those travelling in from further away suburbs. It’s worth the journey.

Booked appointment online to see Dr Vijaya. Managed to get an appointment on the same day. Booking was easy. Appointment ran on time. Both the doctor and reception were very friendly.

My elderly mother transferred to WPMC after several years of less than satisfactory treatment at another nearby medical clinic. She was welcomed, listened to and treated with kindness and compassion by all of the doctors (and the reception staff) at Waurn Ponds Medical Centre and is very happy that she made the change. Thank you for making her feel so comfortable.

Such amazing service! I've been looking for another GP for a while now, all of which had been pretty average but I cannot speak highly enough of this practice! Amazing doctors, (in particular Dr. Deepa Chinnachamy), great service and always on time. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could, definitely will recommend to my friends and family

Doctor Jarvid is a great doctor, very thorough and kind. I’ve always found the staff here to be lovely at the desk too.

Was seen exactly at my appointment time, reception staff were friendly and welcoming despite being busy with the phones, Dr was professional and courteous, putting my mind at ease. Always had great support here.

Very knowledgeable and caring doctors that don't just try to rush you out the door. I've never had to wait long from my appointment time and I rarely have issues getting an appointment.
