Have visited these guys for my prescriptions several times. Darcy has been especially helpful in having them dispensed. He even went one step further and contacted my clinic to help me get an updated prescription faster.

I’ve really enjoyed every interaction I’ve had here, every single member of the team here has treated me with dignity, humanity and kindness. They have gone above and beyond, there has never been any sass or off energy and the call centre team are outstanding and so helpful, informative, relatable and genuine. Despite a few (understandable) teething issues during their expansion last year, I am now happy to rate their telephone ordering and Express Post delivery service as 5 Stars!

A patient/customer for over a year now, extremely happy with prompt deliveries, up to date stock levels when ordering, and the entire team on the phone, especially Alex, provide excellent customer service and attention to details.

I have been a patient here for well over half a decade and in all that time, the sheer amount of respect I have for the staff here and what they are willing to do to help in almost any circumstance is phenomenal, that being said it is almost impossible to write this review and cover all the staff who have helped me in my time there. Andrew, Leon and a literal array of other pharmacists and assistants far to many to name or even remember off the top of my head, however I am very pleased to say in near 6 years to date iv only ever once had to report an issue to the pharmacy and it was not their mistake, the issue at the time was a beacon product issue. I travel multiple times a week from Ipswich and happily put up with the traffic and issues getting there for simply the level of service I find hard to get elsewhere. - Chris .S

Friendly staff. Occasionally there is a bit of waiting as sometime lots of people getting scripts filled. Waiting isn't a problem for me, just need the right attitude. Just accept the things you can not change. Is good time to talk with God. You will find inner peace. Time stands still and then you hear your name called and then that's It. Always have stock and that's great,

I had a really nice experience. The staff was friendly. They guided me on my medication journey to ensure I get best results. I have never felt so comfortable at a store before. They are good people who put so much heart into their business. I wish them a good luck.

Although there was some initial confusion about my order, it was promptly dealt with by the pharmacist on duty. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone rectifies them in a proper manner, so thank you dearly. This medication makes my life manageable once more. I am eternally grateful for this service.

Fantastic pharmacy with a wonderful range of products and even more wonderful staff. I am constantly amazed by the quality of service I receive here. The team go above and beyond, always ensuring that the customers health is first and foremost, not their own interests or profits. It took me a bit of trial and error to find the pharmacy that was right for me, but I’m forever grateful to finally have found it. Caring, compassionate and understanding are just a few of the words to spring to mind when assessing my experiences here.

I have been attending BCP for several years, so I have seen it grow and flourish. I am constantly impressed by their desire to move with the times and make life easier for patients/customers. The pharmacy wasn’t spacious enough for the increased number of patients? They refit the space and redesigned the layout. Lines were excessively long in store? They introduced an online ordering portal. Not enough staff? They’ve hired several more highly skilled staff. Difficulty calling to place an order? They opened a call centre. How can you fault proactiveness like this? It’s natural for businesses to hit road bumps and encounter issues, especially when they’re a leader in the industry. That’s unavoidable. What is avoidable is not responding to issues or dealing with them inadequately. I can confidently say in my years of attending, any issues that have arisen have been dealt with just as quickly as they arise. Yes, I understand it’s frustrating if one of your medications is out of stock, but that’s out of the pharmacies control (99% of times). There’s clearly stock issues that the wholesalers/distributors must resolve, but that’s not on the pharmacy, and it’s most definitely not on the assistant working the front counter. That’s not to say they are flawless, as no in history ever has been. However, the rare occasion I did encounter an issue, they went out of their way to rectify it.

Do not be deterred by fake reviews left by competitors - it shows BCP is doing something right! All flowers and oils are sold at RRP, unlike most pharmacies, so I’m not left feeling as light in the pocket as I have in the past. Additionally, I love the fact I can walk home with my medicine, instead of waiting days for it to arrive and then having to back in to pick it up, or pay an additional sum of money (up to $50 at some clinics!!) for postage when the medicine could just as easily be picked up.

Often more helpful than the prescribing doctors. Know their stuff, and so nice.

Always had a wonderful experience with the staff here and my prescription always comes in 2 days time (I live in Melbourne) super efficient and great customer service. If I ever have any worries or questions, they help and take their time with me. If they are unsure, they find out and then call me back the same day. Big 5 stars especially to Riley who is just an amazing worker.

Can’t go wrong with this place. Decent flowers pricing. Convenient and hassle free ordering process.

I am surprised by the level of care to detail they put in for each patient. I mean I just listed out some of my symptoms and they shared exactly what the doctor shared it with me. They are deeply knowledgeable and their products are high quality grade.

Have had nothing but fantastic experiences since switching to this pharmacy. Phone lines can be a little long, but have definitely experienced worse elsewhere - team is always super helpful and kind. Some of these reviews seem a little harsh, remember the team is only human and working in an industry that is barely up and running in this country.

Caring, diligent and attentive, you can tell the people working at BCP have their patient's well-being at the top of the priority list. In an ever-changing industry, they are well at the forefront adapting to constantly changing rules and regulations. Their customer service is top notch, and should be a model for all pharmacies supporting plant based medicines. Keep up the great work everyone!

Had to change my review again. Have given a couple of stars back again.
The new ordering system for pickup customers seems to be working great. Pharmacy sees people served quicker with less people inside having to wait. Staff seem less pressured and happy again. Hope they continue on this path, I left today rather happy with the service I received.

Never had a bad experience with them. They have a good well rounded team of professionals, who give a medical advice if asked. It is always nice to get my stuff from this store.

The staff is knowledgeable and patient. I visited the store with my granny and we did have some questions. They took time to explain the prescription to us. Grateful for their services.
