Visited Harvey Norman on 10/12/23 for the first time & excellent professional service from sales assistant Guy & very helpful with his advice in choosing a new Fridge, TV, Washer & Dryer & recommendations on purchasing extras for the above products. Delivery dates & paid extra for installation of Large TV & Laundry items.
I highly recommend Guy assist you when visiting the store.

Moses the manager there, along with Rob and Josh from tech/sales were absolutely incredible. Long story short, I had a laptop that was DOA, many issues, from another store. Where as the other store would not help us, Moses, Rob and Josh where more than happy to accomodate and look after it, while managing the process from start to finish.

I was so impressed and happy with the high calibre service, that even after closely reviewing 5 other retailers for laptops and pricing, I made sure I purchased my new 2 laptops and 2 monitor upgrades, from Harvey Norman Fortitude Valley - Moses. They deserved the sale, and they provided the very best customer service I have experienced in many many years. The team gave me the confidence that my tech needs would be cared for into the future.

I recently went to Harvey Norman Fortitude Valley Photo Centre for the first time. I was so impressed with the staff who helped me. So courteous and patient assisting every step of the way. Had a great experience buying my new TVs at this store. A company called Tech 2 installed the TVs and the best job was not done unfortunately. Optus have now bought Tech 2 and when they came to fix the installation they couldn’t and didn’t want to. So not honouring the warranty given by the the original company that they bought. Not the best service for me the customer. Then Daniel from Harvey Norman stepped in to help me and got everything fixed and at no extra cost to me. Great service from this store and you really can trust Harvey Norman as when things go wrong with other companies they stepped in to help and pay and I am very very satisfied. Thank you again Daniel from Harvey Norman TV department your help has been very much appreciated.

The best Harvey Norman store in Brisbane. Wide variety of household goods at decent prices. Most products are fitted with a long warranty, making shopping here risk free. Staff are friendly and willing to bend over backwards for you. Very helpful and usually know what they are talking about. Located in Fortitude Valley opposite the new Tesla Centre, this Harvey Norman is quite easy to get to. Heaps of parking with first 3 hours free. Better to come on a weekday in the evening, as you will get served quicker. Stress free household shopping done right.

First time visitor to this location. So I was blown away with the quality of service and attention received. Warm friendly and attentive staff couldn't do enough to help you get what you were after. Also the level of knowledge freely shared was a welcome and genuine experience not often found these days.

Each time I visit the HN store in Fortitude Valley I am greeted by friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating staff who take the time to answer your questions and assist you in any way they can. Danielle helped me this time in electronics, and she was amazing, friendly and motivated to provide excellent service. Taya was delightful, greeting us as we walked in, and then when she served us at the end. This store provides the best service I have ever encountered from any business like this, it is even worth the drive if you're not a local.
It is a lovely store with a great selection of items for your needs, good parking downstairs (2 hours free) + a coffee shop/cafe close by. Definitely worth a visit, you will not be disappointed. Someone in HR knows what they're doing!

I am the Operations Coordinator for Community Canteen, we are a charity that provides meals to homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters and other at risk communities. Harvey Norman FV replaced our printer with a brand new one so we didn’t miss a cooking shift - how amazing! Thank you

Came in to replace a Robot Vac. Had excellent service from Nick who helped me with all my questions and found a couple options for me within my budget. He also showed me things I didn't even know about which I was thankful for. The unit I wanted in the end wasn't available and was in high demand, but he managed to get me one allot quicker than I initially was told. Id also like to mention the Cashier who stood out, Tayah (might be Taylor?) who was extremely friendly and professional. I had a credit from the manufacturer of my last vacuum and there was allot of paperwork. I thought it was going to be a big mess, but the two of them processed everything together seamlessly and appeared effortless. Was very professional to watch. When I came back to collect the unit, both Nick and Tayah jumped up and said hello. Was an excellent experience! Thanks guys and hope this gets back to you both :)

Spoke to Josh in electronics this morning, amazing service and was able to help me find the phone I needed and was able to buy it the same day. Great customer service Josh and going the extra mile to help me.

My first time ever, buying from Harvey Norman (the good guys were too far away) and I was SO impressed! Ty served me and his product knowledge about the Bissell machine I wanted was excellent! Very professional and pleasant. Upon paying at the counter, Tara asked if I needed help carrying the carton to my vehicle and when I said I was downstairs, she directed me to the lift as the easiest and quickest way to exit the store to the carpark. The best retail service experience in a very long time! Thank you both.
