Howards Storage World Fortitude Valley

I had ripped out my dishwasher and was looking for a cabinet to fill the space. Came here today and spent a long time looking at the various storage options. Was assisted by 2 lovely ladies who was kind and patient. Finally settled on a wooden open cabinet and the lovely lady assisted by proving some good ideas for “ inserts”. Additionally I enquired about a delivery and the owner, Ben was such a sweetheart, he took me home together with my purchases. Service is a rare commodity. Pictures below. Thank you so very much.

The Valley store is very helpful and customer focussed. We purchased a product which was faulty and they were extremely helpful in offering an exchange product or refund, without the need for the receipt. Kristen went well above and beyond with her customer service in resolving the issue.
They also had another stock item which they did not hold and phoned their Aspley branch and had one put aside for us.
Well done to the entire friendly team with their customer service.
We will be back.

Excellent Customer Service, extremely helpful staff. I purchased a garage storage solution from this store, went back there to replace a few items after a couple of weeks; staff happily exchanged the goods and helped me to make the best choice. Staffs were genuinely interested to help.

Extremely helpful staff - every time I visit. they are patient and make good suggestions. Jackie has been especially great. If I had problem with a product the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently , no fuss.

Fantastic, friendly and caring staff. They offered to hold something for me and it was there waiting for me. The staff member who served me did so with a smile and kind words. Just awesome.

I called up to check their stock level of a product, and they said they didn't have too many in, so offered to put one to the side for me. Great customer service, both on phone and in store.
