Brightwater bed and breakfast

Beautifully kept grounds. Excellent views. Very clean accommodation, perfect for two couples. Living room/kitchenette/dining room between bedrooms. Convenient parking. Delicious breakfast provided. Perfectly situated to explore the region south of Hobart. Friendly hosts. An excellent break.

It was an amazing stay at this property for 2 days. Richard and his wife made sure that everything went smoothly including our check in and breakfast. Really spacious place with 2 bedrooms, a beautiful garden and plenty of space for parking.
I really recommend this property for any big family who plans to visit Hobart.

About 20minutes from Hobart. Absolutely loved our stay at Brighwater B&B. Amazing location with a beautifully kept garden and house. Richard and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices include nasigoreng and megoreng that was simply delicious. We had a ball playing catch with Romy (owner will tie him up if you don’t like dogs). Highly recommended.

With two adults and two children, we stayed comfortably for three days in this beautiful home B&B. The house is beautiful with all possible amenities that one would need. The view from the house is just amazing. You have to see it to believe it. The best part about the stay was the jaw dropping breakfast prepared by the hosts. The B&B is very welcoming to guests and we will definitely stay again with Richard and Indri.

Brightwater B&B is a beautiful place to stay. It is most comfortable, well presented and very clean and tidy.
The hosts are approachable and friendly and the breakfast was splendid.

We are a family of four and there was plenty of room and some! Our stay at Brightwater was comfortable and homely. The property and view are beautiful. Our hosts went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. I couldn't recommend Brightwater BNB more!

The place is amazing, the owners are very welcoming and kind, the breakfasts are delicious with great choice. We got very spoilt. The two dogs are friendly and playful. It's an awsome accommodation.

The breakfasts are amazing! Choices of Asian, Australian, or Continental breakfasts. Very clean, beds are very comfortable, and hosts are very welcoming and kind.

Had a wondeful two day stay at Brightwater bed and breakfast. The host's were so friendly, welcoming and willing to go out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would stongly recomend a stay here
