Highly professional, approachable, lovely staff, great pharmacist - so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to provide knowledge and help.

Tazzie laws meant I couldnt get my last minute but urgent script (from Sydney) dispensed.
So he advised that he could speak with a local nurse practitioner and arrange for a telehealth consult!!
15 mins later I was on a tele-consult & authorised a newly prescribed & dispensed emergency script to see me to the end of my holiday!!!
And all within 30 mins from walking in!!!!
Fantastic, efficient, easy, friendly & abundantly helpful service all round.

I’ve nothing but praise for the wonderful, helpful & knowledgeable people at Richmond Pharmacy. I’ve lived here for 17 months & yet to experience anything but friendliness & willingness to assist. Rebecca was the 1st person I met there & has been unfailing fabulous, as are the others. Ignore people who cant say anything nice about people; they're just projecting. The service is above and beyond. I have been going there for 2 years now. The staff and chemist are fantastic.
They are always happy to answer all your questions, to find out information when not known, and they also provide home delivered.

The pharmacist and staffs are wonderful people. They are knowledgeable, kind and very helpful to customers. I will definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a thorough check on their medications or blood pressure here. Unfortunately there are no sales for needles (injection). Likewise, you have to be content with the distance though, it is far from the city. Richmond is one of the Tasmania tourist attractions and this is only pharmacy in Richmond so you'll probably never miss this place. The best part is you can leave your prescription here and have a tour around town especially the Richmond Bridge view. Finally, please treat the staffs with respect if you want to be treated the same.

Customer service non existent, difficult times but still. My script was filled out incorrectly and no apology just ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. Lovely town but wouldn’t go to pharmacy again ever!

Very very Poor service, the Young girl I think her name REBECCA she was so rude keeping her face in a ridiculous way. Can't see her face when we try to ask something. Such a worst experience. never go to this pharmacy
