The pharmacists take the time to listen to you and help you here. I came here after being told my another pharmacist at another pharmacy that there is nothing they can do to help my migraine. After going and talking to the pharmacist at Alive, they were able to help me with something, until I was able to get into my doctor. They also went above and beyond to explain why the medication would help and even told me I should go to the hospital to get a drip if the migraine continues. Also the prices are great and they have a good range.

Today i was in the store and was served by Ahmed , the pharmacist he was very friendly and very helpfull. He took the time to come out when i asked about advice despite many custmers around..

I had my Novavax vaccination today. Ahmed was fabulous, it didn’t hurt at all! Plus bought some great skincare for my teenage son at very reasonable prices.

Perfect service from a Trent here. Trent was able to provide great advice on my medication and took the time to explain it all to me. This really helped me out! I would highly recommend going and talking to the Alive Pharmacists about any prescription questions.

Very popular Chemist ( prescribed drug supply) Has a huge range of allsorts. The building has doctors, and dentists as well. Just a few minutes from the Cairns CBD.
