I went into the Nairne PO today for the first time as we registered for a PO Box: Emily, the manager was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I was so impressed! It is a great PO, extra Ly impressive!

Brilliant post office. It's clean and well laid out. The staff are all friendly and super helpful, and the gentleman with the spectacles that works there is the most patient retail service operator I've ever encountered.

It is very clean and nice post office, stuff members are friendly and great. I have never had any bed experience with them.

Improvements have been made and I just had a very normal post office experience today and I appreciate your change and effort guys well done. I’m sure a lot of other people will enjoy the great service

Placed parcel card in my post box, went in to collect. Waited half an hour for them to find it. Service on Saturday's is terrible, not enough staff on counter. No such thing as customer service. Bring back Craig and Carol.

So unorganised-ever since the new people have taken over it’s been hell. You receive a card in ur P.O. Box then they can’t find the parcel. It’s happened numerous times now. I’ve witnessed many other people in front of me have the same problem. Or you’ll get a text to collect a parcel but they can’t find it. Really disappointing considering how good the post office was once run. There customer service is really bad too, wouldn’t hurt to be polite and smile.

Just came back from there on 26/04 at about 3:30. Just rude service from this particular female worker. I politely asked if there was any mail for my particular address. She then paused to stop and talk to the lady being served next to me. I basically had a conversation across their conversation and asked the male worker who is regularly there with the glasses to check if I had mail. Not sure what her deal is but hope she isn’t working there next time I visit.

A new post office and it is already too small to service Nairne’s needs.
It is time for mail and parcel delivery.

PO Boxes are placed in a user-unfriendly location near a congested car park.

There’s not enough parcel lockers so parcels are becoming more of a hassle to collect from the post office counter.
