Very reliable gas exchange! Always happy to organise, take payment and exchange gas bottles for the house. I don't even have to go in, it's done over the phone. Super convenient.

Always super helpful and friendly. I enjoy going every time. They also have a great range of products at good prices.

Their range includes hard to find hardware items like specialty hammers, gardening equpiment, and useful homewares for extremely reasonable prices.

Truly a great place to visit if you ever need to repair anything. They even stock heavy duty sewing needles. And they know the needs of hills residents-they stock ethical traps for removing cute critters from the roof.

Also their door mats would make a great housewarming gift. I haven't seen that kind of quality elsewhere. Sometimes they stock little plants that would make a nice gift too.

Overall a great place to check out and save a trip to a large store. They probably have what you need, and you will get good customer service here. When I come here I often remember a few more things I needed. As a bonus, I'm not worn out from visiting multiple shops and departments to find them.

Mike Sheehan is a gem, he runs this store with his wife and sons. There is nothing they won't do to help you and there is not an item they do not stock, can't get or don't know about. Hardware stores like this are a thing of the past, but we are lucky enough to still have one here in Nairne. Best of all, Sheehan's prices are always on par and sometimes even better than the big guys! All that and personal service you really can't beat.

Awesome shop, has everything.. Literally everything. Cheaper than Bunnings, higher quality hardware, friendly helpful service and advice. I now live in WA and miss this shop dearly.
