Kip Adelaide Hills Pet Resort

Excellent attentive service. I have a very social dog and he is always matched with very compatible dogs for playtime. So lovely to receive daily photos of my boy and his new besties. My dog will often lose weight in a stressful kennel environment but this has not happened with Kip, leading me to believe he feels as calm and content there as he can while not being at home. I have used a lot of kennel facilities and Kip is the only one I know I can trust implicitly.

I can safely say my 5 yr old Lab had a fantastic time at Kip Adelaide Hills ! She came home squeaky clean and thoroughly exhausted from playing. I was impressed by the daily photos, and it was awesome to see that all of the dogs were having a great time. It was a very hot long weekend so it was good to see there was lots of water play for the dogs. Thank you Kip, we’ll be back !

Our dog stayed for 4 nights. She gets very nervous and aggressive in new situations. Staff had a long chat with us to ensure she was comfortable for her stay. Staff worked so well with her and she came out so happy and comfortable around the staff looking after her. We have been to numerous boardings in the Adelaide hills area and nothing beats this one. Worth the small extra price for the extra care.

Highly recommend Kip Adelaide Hills! Our highly energetic pup has come back from her Easter stay happy and exhausted! Pick up and drop off service is well worth the reasonable cost, we got photo updates daily (big goofy happy grins all round!) and felt very happy with our decision to leave her in the Kip staff’s capable hands!! We will definitely use their services again, and have already recommended them to friends!

Rachel and the team at Kip Adelaide Hills are nothing short of excellent. They took such good care of our 2 year-old Golden retriever whilst we were away overseas. Having the option of having daycare added on was a great addition for our energetic dog and getting photos of him daily was great! Knowing he was well looked after and cared for was very reassuring and comforting. We will 100% be back - in fact, we’ve already booked again. Thank you!!

We have left our very energetic, and play-junkie, pup with Kip Adelaide Hills for the last ten days 🐕 Our Acaida always enjoys visting Kip because she absolutely loves meeting new friends (humans and pups) and the team at Kip really look after her 🐕‍🦺 Acaida comes home from every trip telling us how much she played, the new friends she made, and all of the rope toys she hogged 🤣😂🤣! We always feel sad leaving our pup when we have to go away, but we sleep so well knowing she is having the time of her life and is well looked after 👏👏👏. - Lindsay and Rick

We want to thank Kip Adelaide Hills so much for looking after our pup - Ms. Acaida 🐕 😛! She is turning one year old soon and it was her first week away from home 😊! She had a wonderful time! She got to play all the time with cute new friends - which is her favourite thing to do 😆.

Acaida tried the Luxury Villa and the Classic Room and was apparently happy in both 👏. The daily photo updates were fantastic (we felt comfortable from day one that Acaida was loving life at her new ‘resort’ 😂). Like I said, she could socialise all day long with cute new buds (given half the chance) 😉 and we know she had the time of her life 👏!

The staff are wonderful and are happy to receive the odd call from parents who miss their fur babies 😛. We will be bringing our pup for regular visits now that we have a place we really trust when we have work commitments 👍🏼. Thanks, Kip 🐶

I am pretty impressed with Kip Adelaide Hills. We were welcomed to come and view it beforehand, and were impressed with the cleanliness, pen sizes, optional extras and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff members.
Our dog was picked up in the pet taxi, he immediately liked the driver Henry, and hopped into the crate with no fear.
Communication with the Resort was easy, the phone was answered in a timely manner and all the staff were lovely to talk to. It was great to get the daily photos too!
Dog has been asleep since he came home. I think he had a great time!

Excellent program. Initially nervous leaving my (delicate) greyhound in a kennel for the first time, but I quickly felt reassured as I received updates every single day (and looked forward to them). He spent lots of time outside his room socialising as well as just relaxing with other dogs and staff. I took up the option for him to be taken on regular walks which was great too. The whole team were lovely & responsive towards any questions during his stay. So glad I found them, will definitely book again. Sarah

I couldn’t recommend Kips enough. From the beginning phone call to make a booking Kips staff are friendly, helpful and understanding. I was very nervous to put our dog into boarding while we were away however they put my mind at ease. Their facilities are great and cater to every need of whatever your pet is like. We also got updates every day with photos of how our dog was doing. Thanks Kips for looking after Otis.

Our beautiful baby boy had his first stay at a boarding kennel and my gosh the best thing we have ever done. The girls at Kip were amazing, photo updates so we could see our boy having a blast.
Beautiful area, plenty of space and you certainly know they are going to be loved whilst you are away on holidays.
Highly recommend Kip to anyone who is unsure on boarding kennels or looking for a great place to leave their fur babies. Peace of mind for first time parents leaving their pets in care.

Having used different Kennels in the past for our 2 Labradors, I can't overstate enough how impressed I was with the service we received from KIP Adelaide Hills. The staff are excellent and very attentive and the facilities are great. Unfortunately, whilst we were away our dogs required a visit to the vet (no fault of the boarding kennels) and the communication and service we got from Rachel was second to none. We were always advised what was happening and the subsequent outcomes. The dogs don't always settle at boarding kennels but appeared so relaxed with the whole experience. Also the daily photo updates (which are of a very high standard) are a pleasure to see when you are away from your dogs. I wouldn't hesitate recommending KIP Adelaide Hills to anyone looking for boarding for their dog(s)! - Thankyou again for a great experience.

Highly recommend! I have 2 English Staffys (nearing 5 years old)(6 months old). Left a DV relationship and was desperately needing my girls looked after while I got somewhere safe and was able to go back to the old house and pack& move the rest of my belongings. I have never left Tillie with anyone but my parents and has never been separated from Miley. They both have extreme separation anxiety, Miley has never been alone; she went from living with her Mum, Auntie (Tillie's daughters) and siblings to living with us (her biological grandmother). We did a trial separation, my partner took Tillie for a drive and Miley howled and cried the entire time, so sending them to a doggy resort was a very stressful thought at first for me, it's something I'd never done. I was super anxious, a kennel wasn't an option as they are dull & depressing, don't feel welcoming etc. Dropping them off I wwas given peace of mind and relieved, such a beautiful setting and just so welcoming. I called to check on them and they let me speak to my dogs (Yes, I am that person, but you probably are too). Their portal is fantastic, I was so much more at ease seeing them happy, having daily updates, playing, smiling and making new friends, especially Miley as she's going to be a big girl. Miley hasn't been socialised much, doesn't quite know her own strength, very high energy and a bit rough; they found the perfect play mate for her so Tillie could rest, have a break and hang out with dogs who aren't as high energy or rough. Tillie is very submissive and scared of big dogs. My girls were so happy and at home there. The staff are fantastic, zero complaints at the moment, highly doubt that any issues will arise. Ryan dropped them home today and I could see how much they had bonded with him. Tillie is scared of most men as she always heard mummy being yelled at, she loves and trusts Ryan, another massive relief. They have been asleep since they got home, absolutely worn out from making so many new friends and so much play time! Honestly, all the staff were friendly, easy to deal with, professional, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. They truly love and care about their guests! My girls love their new "kip family". I will definitely be sending them back when we go away. Worth every cent knowing they were were safe, happy and well cared for. They even returned home bathed and smelling lovely. Every little detail, quirk or need was accounted for, no request was too big, they accommodated all their needs and mine, every question was answered and every staff member I saw was smilimg, top notch customer service too. Brilliant holiday for my babies, they had blast. Thank you to everyone there for welcoming my babies into your community.

A five stars hotel experience! Our dog seemed to have better holidays than us. The highlight was the constant communication, the daily pictures and the amazing play area. Totally recommended.

Kip Adelaide Hills were excellent for Gemma's first time boarding. They put our minds at ease throughout her stay and kept us up to date with pictures of what she was getting up to including water play and bushwalks! Professional and friendly throughout booking and queries. Definitely recommend to anyone needing pet boarding and will 100% use again!

We left our high energy, 1.5 year old border collie, sam, at kip Adelaide hills for 8 days and she absolutely loved it. This was proven through the multiple photos we received everyday of Sam who looked so happy playing with other similar sized dogs. She slept the whole way home which shows just how stimulated and exercised she was. Sam is used to having a large backyard and free range, so Kip Adelaide hills was perfect for Sam as she was outside in very large paddocks every day. We were a bit apprehensive at first as this was the first time we had been away from Sam, but the employees made us feel so comfortable and accommodated sams every needs. We will definitely be leaving sam at Kip Adelaide hills again, and can’t recommend it enough.

My Bully is usually sulky when we go away or she has to stay in a kennel. But not after staying at the Kip resort!
I love that they let them have a Binky to remind them of home, something not allowed elsewhere. The photos of them playing on the portal were great to see. I had 2 happy bouncy puppies after their stay.
