From the start Lincoln was friendly and very easy to communicate with. He helped us find exactly the carpet we wanted (a good green carpet is a tricky ask!) a brand which at the time was not even domestically available - he made it happen. And with all the delays with building and orders over 2021/22- nothing was too difficult to handle. We would recommend him and Choices overall, any day of the week.

I recently had hybrid boards and carpet through my whole home. I cannot state how professional Choices have been. From first visit to the store to installation to my final payment, every contact has been AMAZING! The new floors have completely transformed my home. I love it!!!! Thank you Choices!

We recently completed a home renovation and used Choices Flooring by Fletchers for all of our floorboards, carpets and blinds. From start to finish their team has been amazing. From helping with the initial design, the project managment and installation has been perfect.

Professional service and quality carpets that look amazing in our home. The carpet layers were very efficient and even put our furniture back in place and vacuumed on completion. We would definitely recommend seeing Lincoln and his team if you want he best.

We had a great experience with Choices Flooring, and with Fiona in particular. We had a time crunch for a home we were moving into, and wanted flooring done prior to moving. Fiona flawlessly executed a measure and quote, install and a late addition all within our small time frame. Pricing was competitive and we were happy with the total cost. It was a big job, taking the installers a few days, however they were wonderful and had a great attention to detail - even calling to confirm my preference for which way flooring would be laid. Some years ago I used Fletchers to carpet my entire house. I came back to them this month, when I decided to change some of my carpeting as part of a house renovation, because of the pricing and service I received the first time around. I was delighted to find that after the intervening years, they were STILL the best choice, not only because of their pricing, but because ALL their staff members are polite, knowledgeable and obliging. My needs and wants had changed and they were VERY helpful in assisting me in my decision making. The showroom staff know their onions, the installation staff are very kind and careful and the administration will do almost anything to make a customer happy! I'm a bit of a pain (a big pain???) when it comes to having things "just so", and Fletchers made me a VERY happy customer. Do business with them; you can't go wrong.

I am so happy with Choices Flooring in Gordon Ave Geelong West. Lincoln was friendly and professional and offered advice which made buying my carpet easy and stress free. The carpet layer, Will, turned up punctually and did a fantastic job. He was a really great bloke. The whole experience from walking into Fletchers and meeting Natalie who made the whole process simple ,easy and chose and ordered vinyl and carpet .Natalie simply coordinated the whole process as I was going away and facilitated all my needs including the Childcare Centre it was going into.

Fantastic business and customer service. We had Choices Flooring supply and install Vinyl plank flooring in our Kitchen/Dining area, and carpet in our loungeroom and bedrooms.

We met Debbie when we visited their showroom and she was great and easy to deal with. She was knowledgeable and understood our needs. We were able to quickly decide on what we wanted and were very happy with our decision.

We had quotes from other flooring stores but we felt that Choices would provide the best quality flooring at a competitive price.

We were renovating other areas of our house which delayed when we were able to install our flooring but Debbie was very understanding and worked in with our timeline.

We were also able to install our flooring in stages rather than all at once we certainly helped us with the timing of our renovations.

We just received our Carpet through Choices flooring in Gordon Avenue and it was a seamless experience. Lincoln Smith worked through the carpet choices with us and steered us into the right direction of the right product and colour for our bedrooms with honest advice. We were emailed with updates along the way and he speedily booked the installation in the following week in time to have the carpet ready for Christmas. Lincoln and the team were very professional with the installation - taking the time to use just 1 piece throughout two rooms; therefore not having any funny cuts in the wrong places - they also ensured the carpet met the top of our tiles in the bathroom by building a little ramp to meet the height underneath - every detail covered. We just love our carpet it has such a great underfoot feel and it completes our home.

This is the second time I’ve used Lincoln and his team.
My first renovation they were sensational from my initial enquiry until finish. Professional service, outstanding customer service and very patient whilst I changed my mind multiple times.
They have just done my second place (carpet and timber floors). The place looks amazing and test again the service and experience could not be faulted.
They are brilliant at keeping to timelines and they follow up when they say they will.
