First time visit with knee complaint. Physio Alex alleviated as much of the pain as possible and identified root cause requiring MRI. Thankfully, Alex’s swift professional assessment resulted in prompt surgical follow up. Alex has managed the recovery going above and beyond. I know I’m in good hands. I can’t praise Alex enough. Went to see him after 6 months of plantar fasciitis for a third opinion. Wish I’d gone there first. Excellent combination of therapies, research based approach, really thoughtful programming. 2.5 months later I’m back running completely pain free and confident I’ll hit my running goals with his ongoing knowledgeable support.

Marina has been an absolute blessing to my endo journey. I was dealing with pain that I couldn’t manage and Marina helped me by giving me tools, exercises and advice to help me deal with my pain and anxiety. After every session, I have felt heard and understood by her and I would 100% recommend her to anybody dealing with any sort of pelvic pain.

I have been working with Marina for a while for chronic pelvic pain due to my endometriosis and adenomyosis. She has been an absolute God-send! She is really knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable when doing internal exams (which can be quite confronting). Since working with her I’ve been able to have less painful “intimate” times and my “leakage” when I exercise is no longer existent. She even encouraged me to get into Pilates to help strengthen my TA. It’s been a total game changer for me. I can’t thank you enough ❤

Adrian is not only an amazing remedial massage therapist, he has a beautiful soul. He is professional, personable, and experienced. He is thoughtful and intuitive and treatment all done in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. His skills are next level, and I always leave so much better. Alex is an excellent physio. If I could give him more than ten out of ten, I would. The exercises he gave me for my lower back have helped to the degree that I experience no back problems at all. I am now fully fit. 75 years old and ready to go !!

Alex not only understood my problems and goals, but was able to quickly design and explain a set of exercises which had immediate benefit over a period of weeks. He is also someone very much in touch with the latest in exercise research, as well as a great communicator.

The entire experience was very professional and courteous. I had a remedial massage with Adrian and he was a muscle maestro. He identified my issues, worked on them with great expertise, had excellent knowledge of his area and gave very sensible advice.

I visited the clinic based on previous reviews I had read and I was very happy with the service I received. I have been to a few different clinics over the last 9 years and the care Marina took with me was unparoled. Marina has a holistic approach to her treatments backed by her extensive knowledge in the field. I highly recommend this clinic, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had a remedial massage by Kim whilst holidaying at Broadbeach. I was treated professionally from the time of booking to the time of walking out the door after the best massage I have ever had. Kim also gave me tips on how to manage my issues. If I lived on the Gold Coast -I would without a doubt be one of her loyal clients.
Unfortunately I don't -but I would definitely highly recommend Kim and this practice.
