Busy but super balanced store. Pakago was helpful to choose me right shoes and yes the price is amazing.

Great information and customer service from Catherine at NB essondon, she was so helpful with explaining all the differences between arch support with each shoe design for me and my daughter as we both have feet issues. She was very knowledgeable and experienced happy to recommend her store.

Charlotte is amazing sales girl and helped us out with all our requirements. Had big shop run there as NB essendon. Dear store manager, Charlotte like members make the team.

Went in to get a pair of specific runners and didn’t expect much.
To my delight and surprise the customer service and advice I received was just exceptional and I left with my new runners at a discounted price…Im overwhelmed as customer service of such a high quality is hard to find.

This store has friendly staff. We were approached quickly, staff were helpful and accommodating. Prices are competitive and it was and overall good experience.

Nice place to shop but food court was not upto mark,limited eateries to serve food.

lady didnt care we ask for mens size and she ask to wait for another lady at the front to serve us which is shes bussy at the counter, weve waited for assitant and had to ask her again then she give us the size whats the point of waiting for another lady if she can help us! she didnt care and still continue displaying she doesnt want to be disturb! u think her named Kat! the lady with eyeglasses working hard . ask ur staff to do customer service before aything else!!!!!

Apparently socks are not considered clothing according to New Balance, therefore are not part of the “clothing” sale. 🙄.
