Staff member Marc who was in the curtains and fabric section today provided one of the best customer service experience I’ve had. I don’t usually leave reviews but he definitely made the experience today worthy of one.
I came in to replace some curtains and was completely unsure what to look at and what my options were as there are so many different options.
He listened to my ideas and explained everything to simply which meant I was in and out quickly but with exactly what I needed.
After he left me to decide he came back and made sure I didn’t need any other assistance and showed me a different option if my plan doesn’t work.

Hannah at front counter was such a delightful young woman. I had a return she made it so easy. I continued shopping in the store. Realizing a mistake was made by a new person just learning ,I returned to the store. Hannah efficiently sorted it out showing the young chap with patience where he'd gone wrong. I was soooo impressed with her. Thank you Spotlight.

Came here to get some lining and a pattern for one dress remake, walked out with 2 patterns and fabric to make a whole new dress from scratch. Very good, wide range of fabrics and notions. The staff lady was helpful but not over enthusiastic until she discovered we have the same birthday! Overall a great store.

I just love love love spotlight. I love spotlight in essendon because they have sooo much in craft ideas. I would love them to bring a spotlight to Sunbury.

Today I was served by Violet in the curtain department. Wonderful, great service and customer skills. Went the extra yards to assist with continuous curtains purchase. A credit to the store.

Resolve Click and Collect issues fast, but, you have to walk into the store, and let them know when you will be going there.

Very helpful, polite and friendly staff.
Staff member from curtains and blinds department took time to answer questions regarding DIY cutting to size of roller blinds.

I went to this store on the 24th of June around 3ish and I was greeted by a very nice person, I wish they had a name tag but all it said was trainee. They had long black curly hair and they were exceptional and making customers feel welcome :) I appreciated their Great service.

Great range of stock. Sometimes due to it being amongst the Essendon DFO it's hard to park but if you can get there early it's no hassle.
Staff can be hard to find at times but generally are very helpful and know there areas well.
