I got covid and it was 8pm at night that my doctor sent me the script for the medication, I had no one to pick up my prescription but the lovely ladies here got me to email through my prescription and had it ready within 10 mins before they closed for the night and made the contactless pick up so easy. Thank you!!

The pharmacist and assistant formed an impressive team at the pharmacy. Stepping in, I found a bustling scene with around 10 people awaiting prescriptions – quite busy for 9 p.m. Yet, the pharmacist efficiently provided options and advice to each person. The assistant's customer service skills were delightful, radiating kindness and helpfulness. Being the sole pharmacy open until 10 p.m. on a Saturday night in the Moreton Bay district, they not only offered convenience but also stocked basic essentials with reasonable pricing.

Can not recommend this pharmacy enough. They always go over and above with their care for their customers. Every visit without fail they take the time to listen to my concerns and always give the best advice possible.

Kamal and her brother are the owners and they are genuinely lovely people who love what they do, they have always been over an above with the service they provide. They hire lovely staff members who have the same core attitudes, I’ve been coming here since they opened and have had chronic back pain and they’ve been helpful with suggestions outside the normal scheme of things and have always been willing to listen when there has been mistakes on the doctors end of things.

I’ve recommended all my friends to come here and I know many do and enjoy the same service.

New to QLD and after registering with the adjacent Medical Centre I popped in to Enquire regarding ordering in specific brand a medication today. Immediately told that this was no problem, which was such a relief. Thank you for your helpful service today. Such a breath of fresh air after many many problems I’ve had with my local pharmacy in SA.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I got so use to handing over my prescriptions and waiting 15 minutes ++ at every other pharmacy, but here I Barely have to wait a couple of minutes. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Seriously don’t bother wasting your time anywhere else

I came here for the first time tonight seeking a late night chemist for some antihistamines for a reaction I’d had to a cream. Spoke to Kamal/Komal (I apologise if I haven’t spelt your name correctly!) and she was lovely. Didn’t try to sell me any overpriced products, but listened to my concerns and problems and recommended a product that would hopefully work for me. A lovely lady who truly cares about her customers.
