If this is the shop opposite the newsagent in NL then I've found it great. The older lady in the Pharmaceutical part is great. Very nice and friendly and efficient, and always greets me by name. The young lady in the cashier area is lovely too. Very smiley, very helpful. Thank you, ladies.

Placed an online order for same day delivery with Doordash but it got accidentally sent to my old address. I couldn’t leave the house due to being in isolation and Jamie at the store contacted Doordash and had it picked up and delivered to my new address. Amazing customer service and I’m was very grateful.

Very friendly very quick. Ordered by click and collect. I like the smaller ones. The big ones have too much stock and different faces everyday. Sometimes you need to see the same person. But the prices are good. Will definitely buy from here again.

This chemist store is one of a large group by trading under the same name in Australia and is sure full of product. (A bit overfull in some isle areas). Prices guaranteed to be lowest. Plenty of staff. Located in a very large complex for all other shopping. Recommended

I went into the store needing a few items, and an employee named Patrick assisted me generously and gave me all the time I needed. I am beyond satisfied with Patrick’s customer service with his outgoing attitude brightened my day and I found shopping at Chemist Warehouse West very enjoyable.

Never had an issue, friendly service every time I've got a script filled by both pharmacy staff and sales staff at the front. They do get busy but that's not their fault.
