Terry White Chemmart North Lakes

My wife and I are recent arrivals in Australia, so don't yet qualify for Medicare. We wanted a COVID 19 booster vaccination and Terrywhite Chemmart North Lakes was the closest facility offering this service.

Upon walking in, both the lady pharmacist and female staff member were extremely helpful. Despite another staff being sick and absent, adding to their workload, they showed considerable knowledge of our vaccine requirements (as all previous jabs had been administered overseas).

The injections were handled smoothly and professionally, likewise the related paperwork for which we required a hard copy.

Both ladies left us with a very high opinion of Terrywhite Chemmart. With their professional and positive approach, coupled with cheery demeanours and a sense of humour, we were dealt with in a timely and friendly manner.

We will certainly seek out their assistance in the future. 10/10.

Today I accompanied someone to this shop to buy a cream and a soap for an allergic reaction. We had a super nice interaction with a really charming, helping and kind lady staff, who apparently had just started to work there (she had green nail polish 😊). We both left very pleased with her attentions and later tried the products, which produced immediate effects. I rather searching for a Terry White when I need a pharmacy, since I always have the best customer experience 🤙

We visited this store this morning to pick up a supply of my Dad's regular medications. The pharmacist Belle was very helpful and even went to the extent of helping my Dad address concerns with his blood sugar monitor and also took time out to review all his medications. The store is brand new and all the staff are very welcoming. Won't be going to any other pharmacy in the area and will also recommend all my family and friends to go to this pharmacy. Excellent store. Excellent staff.

I am delighted to happily leave a 5-star for this place as the lady who served me late last night (Ms Bellamy Pearce) was extremely kind and helpful who shut the store door 20-min later than usual just to finish off serving me even though I was there a bit late asking for MMR jab. A genuine example of good customer service.

We visited this Chemist today and were simply blown away with the service! My Grandma desperately needed Webster Packing and a delivery Service and price match and no other Chemist in North Lakes would do it. The other pharmacies just care about the transaction! This Pharmacy truly cares and offers free Webster packing and delivery. We hated talking about our medical concerns in a bloody messy warehouse!

I visited the pharmacy today to organise some webster packs for a family member. I was blown away with the service and speed at which they were able to organise thisr. The staff were really friendly and the prices were great!
