I've been absolutely blown away by the above and beyond attitude and effort by these guys. After desperately trying all possible suppliers late on a Friday afternoon with a broken down customer of mine, these guys put in an incredible effort and got us the stuff we required ASAP in a real time of need.

Towing a caravan more these days so husband took our D-max in for GVM upgrade and suspension work. Made such a huge difference to towing. The service and advice given

Chris at Pedders was amazing, knowledgeable and quick to respond and was understanding to my 100 questions.
My car brakes started feeling off and started squealing slightly, i called my dealership where i get my car serviced, they advised my rotors and pads need to changed due to the sounds and quoted over $1200 plus servicing but couldn't book it in for 2 weeks.
Contacted Pedders via the website Monday morning advised of what dealer said, Chris called 20mins later and had the car booked in the next morning.
He took the time to show me my pads, rotors and explained everything and why they were like they were, and how to look after them.
He was very informative, didn't talk down to me, just spoke so i would understand and be more knowledgeable about my brakes.
Had my Pads and Rotors changed in 3 hours and a cost FAR FAR less than the dealer quoted.

I needed some suspension work done on my Hilux, it already has a Pedders GVM upgrade from when it was new ( 2010 ) and it was time for a refresh.
Booked in for the $28 safety check and was able to book for the day I wanted, happy day's.
Dropped off the Hilux at 8:30 and said to Chris that I'm a causal worker and if anything needs fixing could you do it today ? He said I'll see what we can do . ( He likes a joke , I said and I need this done yesterday.
He laughed at that )

Chris called me at 12:00 , told me what needed to be don and could do it today.

Lock it in fellah, I said and Pat and Blake got work .
4 shocks 2 springs , bushers and a wheel alignment later , I got the call to pick her up .

It's pretty much what I expected to be replaced, the Lux is cornering better and pulls up a lot better aswell, Pat and Blake did an awesome job and I really appreciate the guys getting the job done on such short notice.
