They finally got Sanrio merchandise!

Love this shop! They seem overstocked, but there is a lot to choose from.
Staff are always super sweet. 10/10 would go back :)

First experience at MiniSo! Was great value for money and to note when looking for perfume at an affordable price they all had testers! Don’t know if you look for perfumes lately but most stores only stock the retail perfumes without samples. So you don’t even get to test them on your skin. At MiniSo they had all the testers available which was awesome and Miles from the store was knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Want a great budget perfume that you can actually test first and great customer service this is a great little place to go.

Very fluffy plushies

Came upon this store when meandering through the North Lakes Shopping Centre.

It’s an elegant place with a variety of different products. But the one that caught my eye was a display right at the entrance of half a dozen or so bottles of perfume.

I believe the perfumes came into existence as a collaborative effort of the Japanese, Chinese and the French.

As I both use perfume on a regular basis and collect the empty bottles, I was attracted first by the design of the bottles, and later by the fragrance, and then by the price.

I don’t know whether the perfumes where on sale but at the time I bought my ‘Pink Love’ perfume, the price was less than $15 for 100 ml (3.5 fl. oz).

I was a very happy shopper looking forward to acquiring more of these charming fragrances in their delightful bottles.

I like Miniso's products, but this particular store has terrible accessibility. They've had boxes of stock strewn across the floor for weeks

Love the products, but will NEVER shop there again due to the EXTREMELY rude behaviour of the male staff member on duty. He tried to force my partner and I to buy a headband after it was briefly tried on, for not even 10 seconds. If they didn’t want people to try things on to see if they wanted to buy the item, they should display a sign asking the customer not to do so. Instead we were greeted with “you have to buy that now, you can’t try them on.” If there had been a sign there that stated that rule, I would have obliged. But unfortunately there wasn’t and I shouldn’t be forced to buy anything. I asked why I had to buy it if Kmart, target, big w and every single clothes shop even had a changing room to try clothes on, and he just rudely argued back. It must of been a slow week for them with no sales because they were forcing the purchase on us. I refused to buy it after such an absurd argument. I actually wanted to buy the product but refused to after the way he treated us. This man does not know anything about customer service, it is extremely sad. Another customer had a small amount of food, and was immediately kicked out. What an uncomfortable and awful place to shop.

Edit: pathetic of you to say you treated us so poorly because my forehead was sweating - because in fact it wasn’t. I wasn’t even wearing makeup or anything that would rub off onto it. Customers like to try before they buy, it’s common sense that if you are running such an establishment that sells fashion items, you should post a sign that says not to try them on if you don’t want your customers to try them on. And a headband is NOTHING like underwear or socks, placing it on my head it not the same as having it on feet or private parts. Get your act together. Don’t want something to happen? USE SIGNAGE. Every other store in Westfield is TRY BEFORE YOU BUY and if not, they use SIGNAGE. You love to talk about “common sense”, yet don’t have any of your own! Sounds like you don’t know how to talk to customers. Oh and if your skin isn’t glowing (not sweating) I suggest you wash it more, or just practice better personal hygiene in general. Such a grumpy grumpy little man, get the stick out of your backside!
