Cotton On

Despite the music being incredibly loud the cashier that served me yesterday has to be one of the best cashiers i have ever had the pleasure of being served by. She was so incredibly nice and she made by day simply because she seemed so happy to be there.

The staff members are always so kind! especially Grace, she was so helpful the last time i was there and i really appreciated her efforts. always have plenty of stock and usually heaps of sale and bargains too! love shopping here!

Staff are Super helpful and efficient! Often visit them and leave with a bag or two cause of how affordable the clothes are! Love coming back to cotton on every single time!
Would recommend bringing kids and extra cash or credit cards cause you’ll probably shop till you drop.

Bit of a story - first of all, I had ordered online from the cotton on website, realised I had accidentally bought two of the same thing. Called up their help number, tried to cancel the order but it couldn't be cancelled even though I had received no email saying it was in transit. So already I was a bit unhappy and wasn't feeling good about Cotton On. Got my order today some things didn't look like their picture online so I called up this store and asked if I could possibly get an exchange or refund. They said they were happy to exchange any items I didn't want (because I had bought everything on sale they weren't allowed to refund anything). I was allowed to pick anything in their store that added up to the same value. Went down to the store, exchanged the items I wasn't happy with, I'm really happy with what I got instead, what was a bad online experience turned out be be a great in-store one. Everyone was really helpful and friendly.

Great Experience, customer service was outstanding I was looking for a t shirt which I couldn't find in my size. The store assistant looked around the back for me then helped to find the top at the front of the store.

Bad bad bad, well if your shopping with wife and daughters there are so many great items they want and new stock each week, staff remember us each time and arr very pleasant, not too great on my saving for a holiday though.

Today I was served by Ella and she was an absolute gem of a human. Friendly, personable and genuine. An asset to Cotton On, treasure her.

I can't stand clothes shopping for myself but when I come in here I can find things that I like, that fit me, that are comfy, staff are lovely so so helpful, shop is big, clean, bright..

Such a good store, they have everything from clothes to makeup to stationary to shoes. The prices are great and always have some great sale items for when your shopping on a budget!
