Sonia is just the best ever!! give her a pay rise she is amazing i only go to this servo because of her. She makes filling up your car so much better always love going in and having a chat with her.

Lady who is always working… is the BEST at customer service!!! I go here regularly and she has NEVER failed to give amazing service, always friendly, happy and kind. It always brightens my day especially after a long day at work. I don’t know her name unfortunately but she always says “my sweets” so I hope that helps! She deserves major praise!!

Lady who was on last night (03/12/2023) around 7.45pm with the kiwi accent always goes out of her way to greet customers with the biggest smile, has the best customer service!! Always feel good when I leave the store, come out smiling all the time. keep up the good work!!! You definitely deserve a promotion

Sonia is one of the best staff members anyone could have working for them, such amazing customer service that always makes myself and my partner come back every day just to say hello. I’m not kidding when I say everyday haha if we see her car there we will pop in. She gives off such a beautiful vibe that makes our day every time we see her!
Katherine the store manager is also so lovely with her customer service! You guys should be ever so proud to have both staff working for you x

We come to this 7/11 regularly for slushies and Sonia who works most weekends always makes us laugh and has stickers for the kids. She has a great attitude towards life and her job. Keep it up Sonia ☺

Yesterday I had the best customer service I ever received in my life from Sonia at this particular 7/11. I heard her give the customers before me equally good service while looking at sandwiches. Sonia commented on my dress and asked if I was going on a date - I let her know I was heading to a funeral and she went out of her way to find and give me a huge handful of napkins to use incase we didn’t get access to tissues. Well guess what Sonia - my son and I used all those napkins..you were a lifesaver!! Promote this woman - there should be more like her in the industry!

You should be proud to have Sonia working for you...look after her or she could easily be snavelled up by another company. Thank you for always making my day when I pop in.

We pumped petrol here otw to DFO before returning the rental car. The petrol here is one of valued ones we found. We also managed to buy $1 Slurpee and $5 sandwich. Much more value for money than those we found at DFO.
