I had a wonderful experience here today, Jacq & Kirstyn did an amazing job on my hair and I left feeling completely satisfied and happy, overall a great experience.

My usual hairdresser couldn’t fit me in for weeks so my carer booked me here. After reading the reviews I almost cancelled but was desperate. Panicked when given a card to fill in about what I wanted! Don’t they TALK to people??……Was given a great wash and head massage. Then I was left while she attended to another client. Given a good coffee so getting better….Very apprehensive when a sprite of a young lady appeared…(I’m 68; everyone is young) Still no introductions… so I asked the name of who had washed my hair (Steph) still no name….. so…. I’m Deborah what’s your name??….Kirstyn …..HUGE sigh of relief - she seemed to have been the only one with positive reviews!! What luck. I explained and also said I had asked my carer to pay attention and make sure I wasn’t given a punk cut 🤪 (previous experience) I relaxed and Kirstyn said she had noticed my reluctance and wondered

Took my 5 year old in for a cut, wash and treatment today and the ladies were fantastic with her! They made sure she was comfortable at each step and talked through what they were doing next. They did the full head massage for her with the treatment and she can’t wait to go back.

I have been a few times before but today I was attended to by a very nice and polite lady by the name of Kirstyn.
She was very polite and friendly and knew exactly what she was doing.I wasn't treated like another number by her.
Apart from this she also offered me a hair wash and dry which had I not been offered before.
Hats off to you ..

Sharbada is awesome! She is a great hairdresser, very patient with little ones and it is a pleasure to have your haircut with her. She is highly recommended

Staff are very friendly and lovely, place has a great vibe. Even tho busy wait time wasnt bad at all. The stylist that I had (cant remember her name 🤦‍♀) was so lovely and sweet, absolutely will go back there again very professional and done a great job on my hair cut 💜

Today I got 12 foils and the stylist Maddie did a fantastic job with my hair, not only with the foil placement but also she was so friendly and her services was so helpful with toner colouring.

Both times I have been to S+S Hair and beauty at Northlakes I have been greeted and treated amazing by the staff and have felt comfortable. This morning I took my little boy there and he was so happy ro be getting his haircut dor the first time in ages. Will definitely be using you guys again

Today I took my 5 year old daughter in for a cut. The team at North lakes were extremely welcoming. My daughter is a little sensory and finds getting her hair cut overwhelming. Kirstyn was wonderful with my daughter, reassuring her and making her feel at ease.

Kirstyn took her time to assure my daughter and didn’t rush just because she is a child. Today my daughter got the best experience, something she hasn’t had previously at other salons.

I am so glad we visited S+S today. We look forward to returning. Today was the first time my daughter didn’t cry through her haircut.

Got my hair permed here yesterday and not only am I in love with the results, the staff there were so kind and welcoming. I didn’t quite catch their names but it was mainly one staff perming my hair and another one who washed it. They Offered me beverages and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Highly recommend especially if you are like I was and nervous to go get a perm.

To be honest i were a bit scared because of the bad reviews
But alisa in north lakes made a really good job, she went through the whole haircut step by step to make i'm happy at the end anf i was

Thank goodness I found my forever salon, Tuesday 2nd January, I walked in to get an up-style as I was made bridesmaid overnight by my sister in-law (long story) with only 20min to spare I sprung this on the beautiful Mikayla (manager) and she accepted the challenge, and my goodness what a wonderful job she created and yep with a couple of minutes to spare, also my hair looked so much better than the brides Lol. Today I went back (love just walking in with no appointment as I am a at the moment kind of gal. I decided I wanted the hair all chopped off, the hair style I chose was extremely short and Mikayla explained with detail on how it would look, and we both agreed it wouldn’t work with my type of hair so I took her advice and it came out perfect, also love love my colour and recommendation. Mikayla I cannot thank you enough I love my new look and having a great laugh with you. 😁🌼🦋💇‍♀ 🫶🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arrived 10 minutes early, got a seat and we went over what I was looking at getting done and how I have my hair. The girls were friendly and their taste in music was good that I almost tapped away with the music.

Hair and colouring turned out well, enjoying the new colour. Will be coming back again in the future.

I had the best experience today with Steph at North Lakes. Steph transformed my hair from a frizzy mess into a smooth and toned new and improved look. I am so grateful that my hair looks so great just in time for my birthday. Great prices, amazing service! I will definitely be back

I had my hair cut and coloured today by Brittany and Maddison at North Lakes and I am so so happy with it, they did an amazing job.

I just had a half head of foils done by Jackie. She has done an amazing job, best foils I have ever had, the colour is perfect. She was extremely accommodating and professional. Employees like Jackie are very hard to come by, she is an absolute asset to S+S Hair and Beauty North Lakes. Thank you!
