Grill'd North Lakes

Listen, I am a big burger connoisseur and I love burgers! I haven’t had grilled in a while and definitely remember how good it was. Fries were good, sweet potatoes fries were amazing, Burgers were even better would definitely recommend if you haven’t had it before! The service is what you’d expect, pretty good and nice workers, the atmosphere is amazing! The music, furniture, lighting, decorations and everything about it was incredible, down below is a picture of the burger I had which was the Simon says

I had an incredible experience at Grill'd! The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in using their app for the amazing offers. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't be happier with the overall service.

Great range of food, and variety of drinks and a casual and clean environment. Always have polite service and you don't have to too long for tasty food.

Great place for food, all prepared fresh and in good time.... However I'm not a fan of order n pay from the table.... It excludes blind and older people who don't use modern tech... Otherwise a good experience....

Great customer service! I am a disability care worker and my client accidentally ordered a serve of chips without realising her burger already came with them. When her meal arrived and she realised her mistake, a staff member personally came out to us and gave her a cash refund, which was very generous, considering she made the mistake.

Awesome Staff! I had never been to Grill'd before today, I'm glad to say I had a fantastic experience. My partner and I came in with our cheeky toddler and were soon seated and eating some fantastic food. We had a bit of a mix up with the app, our fault, but the staff were accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make our lunch a great one.

Food was great, I low the low carb options.

excellent experience at Grill'd North Lakes last weekend. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff member taking the order got all the requests correct. Food came out very quickly. We were asked at least twice if everything was alright and did we require anything else. Would recommend.

Lovely staff... even though we were there 15 mins b4 closing time, they were friendly and made us delicious food...

The team at Grill'd north lakes were so kind and helpful, they made sure we felt right at home, all of the staff were so kind and helpful, but one stood out the most to us, her name was Rosie, she is a lovely young person, she was willing to go above and beyond to make our day and give us the most "righteous burgers". 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10 restaurant 10/10 staff!!

We ordered with doordash (which is not so good)
The delivery guy picked up oir order 30 mins before delivering it to us, we live 5 minutes away so not sure why it took so long so our food was cold! (Obviously not grill'ds fault)
We were also missing 2 kids meals so I called up grill'd I was a bit upset but they then explained that they had a new person on and he forgot to pack it which was understandable!
So they made it fresh and I went to pick it up within 15 minutes (they were super busy that night also)
I got there and they gave me my whole $95 order again including the missing kids meals and on top of that added a $45 gift card for the trouble, and said sorry!
Their customer service is the best I've seen in a long time and they took full responsibility for the missing items and even the cold food which wasn't their fault!
The food was sooo good! Cooked perfectly!
So thanks heaps guys! We'll be back for sure! xx

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was also amazing. I really like being able to sit down and order using the QR code.

Would have to be the best burger chain around. Ample vegetarian options and never an issue modifying a burger to suit. Chips are always great and the range of drinks (including alcoholic) has something to suit everyone. Being able to chose a charity is a nice novelty.

Had lunch there today, no worries getting a table, didn't wait long for food to come, overall lovely day with Family.

Heard the staff being berated by some horrible customer and they handled it so well. Great food and great service :))

We ordered takeaway from Grill’d North Lakes last night and when it arrived it was minus the chips from the order. Going above with customer service, Jake from this store then delivered them on his way home after his shift.
