Good size store with plenty of products and variety. Prices are excellent.

Staff were very helpful and caring with great prices on the thing's we brought.

Staff are always friendly. Product prices are always the lowest. Ice is always stocked up. Parking onsite is quick and easily accessible

Steady focused customer service. A little unaware of how to deal with top shelf buyers. Asking ‘can you pay for it?’ after I enquired if they had a bottle of Don Julio 1942 Tequila isn’t tue way to go. Nor is saying the $50 discount wasn’t valid, taking my money, then actually reading the catalogue where discount available. Announcing ‘I have to give you some money back’ then taking a frustrating amount of time to process discount. Inefficient or ineffective customer service is not the fault of the operator. The responsibility falls on the business owner or manager. Staff training is a worthy investment.

Adrian the Manager is super helpful and knowledgeable.
Staff overall are happy and helpful.
Really wish the security guard at the door would stick to his job and stop trying to be a customer Greeter.
He comes across as really smarmy, not a nice feeling for me.
But asides that, great store, great Crew.

They still don't have my favourite Belgium beer. Kriek from Belle-Vue, or Lindemans varieties.

always friendly staff. security guards are nice too. quick service as well. the ones giving it a 1 star and being rude, over simple things like ID requirements, are being ignorant, and entitled. ID is a requirement if you look under 21, and behave under 21, especially. as for complaining about delivery times, its a pandemic right now. everyone is facing delays. so stop giving 1 star reviews because you are ignorant, and entitled.
