Kmart Kippa Ring

My mother & I were in Kmart today and was fortunate to ask both Jared & Stacey for help. On what we were looking for. We were extremely impressed by the attention we were given by both staff members. They went above & beyond to help us. Merry Christmas to all. Kind Regards Debbie Richards

Went in there looking for a specific product. found Alex I think it was and he helped me without hesitation. Definitely deserves something for his great work.

Sometimes you have to speak to a manager to have something resolved, and I’m glad I took the opportunity to do that. The Manager Tony who started today was exceptional. He was prepared to listen, took the time to resolve my issue, with an apology and said he would be following up on the complaint but I couldn’t ask for better service. Lovely lady near the exit of the store was really helpful in contacting the manager straightaway for me. Thank you to you both.

Cameron was super helpful and so nice ! We couldn’t find a Spider-Man sticker book for a 4 year olds birthday and before his shift even started, he took time out of his day to help us. Very much appreciated. Cameron deserves a raise for his amazing customer service !

This Kmart is a beautiful shop clean great layout quieter than most stores.
This lovely young man on the entrance massive smile and great personality.
but also i have to mention at Kmart This young man was not just polite but caring understanding very helpful and well mannered, he connected with his customer me and when I left the store I was feeling so much better.
I took his photo I asked nicely so I could remember his name. this young man he has a lovely personality especially
Caring when dealing with a slow not well women like me.
He was very nice young man i believe hel go far given the chance.
I dread shopping as because of my anxiety but having a lovely young man like Luigi makes life easier and nicer.

Kmart like a Kmart. Line got real long for a hot minute. Had a really nice guy serving me. And the woman at the door also very welcoming.

Keely and Ben went above and beyond to accommodate my refund/ exchange, very approachable, easy to talk to and very helpful. Thank you, definitely will be coming back.

happy to shop here seems to have everything from groceries to coffee shops hairdressers. Barber chemist many more shops

The staff here are fantastic! They are always nice and easily found. The store is usually really well stocked and clean. The customer service is definitely what makes it a great store though. I wanted to find a particular item, so I rang and even though they didn't have it, the lady rang around and found another store with it for me, the even told me exactly where to find it, even though they couldn't hold it for me.

Back to my favourite place drove straight in went to get some bits and pieces no problem had exactly what I was looking for. Took all of ten minutes, then I browsed. I'm closer to North Lakes --but why would I? Staff great as usual.

As all the Kmart stores love this store great bargains to be had a very good range of everything that you can need. Staff a friendly and helpful and very respectful. Great Manger Mark

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Items are always easy to find and if nothing on the shelf I ask customer service staff if there is any out back. They are always happy to check.

Plenty of stock and staff are friendly. Large store and kept clean. Only complaint is that the sizing is unbelievably inconsistent for clothing but that's OK.

Well, what can I say about K-Mart Dean and I absolutely love it.
Especially since they had the revamp it is even better.
If we need something for the home, kitchen, lounge (such as fans), pillows. Make up for myself, shoes for either of us, clothes it is not very often we cannot find something we like and want to buy. Plus the added bonus it is inexpensive and modern.
The only thing I would like a change is the colour of some of the clothes, grey, drab patterns a little more upmarket. I am sure customers would not mind paying a little more for that fact.
Interesting shop to take some time to check it all out!
