Went in today and the shop had been completely re organised making it much easier to shop compared to the last lay out. Megs was very friendly and helped me pick out lots of new clothes at good prices. When I tried them on she was very helpful with sizes and grabbed different sizes as needed. Thank you Megs!!

Such a positive lovely experience thanks to staff member Kiani at your Sunshine Plaza store! I want to personally thank Kiani for her amazing help yesterday, Saturday 3rd July at around 2pm. I walked in not knowing my size, style, shape, what colours suited me or anything about current trends. I have always been hard to shop for and a little self conscious about my body shape, but Kiani was SO HELPFUL! She could relate to some of my expressed mum-bod concerns, my experience with her felt very authentic. I walked away spending just over $500 happily on staples - jeans, tops, and a feel-good fuzzy warm feeling. I got changed into some of the clothes I purchased straight away and went out that night feeling lovely… today, Sunday, I’m now in the other pair of jeans I purchased (and still feeling lovely). Kiani is such an asset to your store and team and ANY customer service role or role in general she works I feel, a truly lovely sales assistant and person, worth her weight in gold! Thankyou Kiani! Definitely 5 stars from me!

Helement and Sophie are absolute legends, gave their honest thoughts on clothes even when they didn’t suit. Helement especially put me onto a pair of pants that I love and gave me the time of day to figure out what I wanted. Definitely buying from general for good.
