Hotel HQ

I'm writing this review to acknowledge a staff member that has thoroughly impressed me. One of the bartenders, Chris, is personable, kind and is effortlessly efficient at her job. She knows her craft and consistently mixes the perfect drink no matter the order. Hospitality staff like Chris give a place a soul and set it apart from the rest.

We got the Chicken Burger with Chips, and it was delicious. Great value for money being one of the lunch dishes. The service and atmosphere was good as well as the beer on tap. Parking was easy, and we got seated and looked after straight away.
Will definitely be back again.

Birthday dinner. Staff fabulous, courteous and friendly. Food was awesome. We ordered Herb and Garlic bread. Tasty. Mum ordered the Lady Lamb fingers. Filo rolls of deliciousness. I ordered the main Salt and Pepper Calamari. OMG, wow. I should've ordered the starter lol. It was brilliant. I did finish but couldn't go for dessert 😫 😩. Always next time.

Great dining experience! Food was great, tasty and well presented. The staff were incredible, so friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much to ask of them. Will definitely be going back!

What an experience this night was. Had booked at another pub for my wife’s birthday. Turned up, reservation lost, misplaced whatever. It didn’t matter. We thought the night was ruined before we phoned Hotel HQ and spoke with Jess. She couldn’t have been any more understanding and accommodating.
We arrived no more than ten minutes later, had a table set and waiting for us as well as a couple garlic breads. Suffice to say, we had amazing meals and will certainly be back for those parmi’s which were exemplary.
I’ll be sure to tell everyone about our experience here and thanks to everyone for making wifey’s night truly memorable for all the right reasons!

Lunch to die for! My Asian Salad with Prawns was so delicious I almost forgot to take a photo! Gary had a 250 gram steak with red wine jus and said best steak he's ever had. So tender, it melted in your mouth! Then the dessert specials were heavenly. Made on the premises, which is so refreshing for a hotel restaurant (most order them in from suppliers). We had one of each and they were so fresh and the flavours were a delight. Definitely will go back. Our compliments to the chefs. Great job!💚😊💚

Great location. Great atmosphere. Great range of products at amazing prices. The 250g rump steak was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes was amazing and the vegetables were perfect. The mushroom sauce was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy

Had my birthday party there on Saturday night. Food was wonderful, service excellent. Best customer experience from Damir, he made the night with his cheerfulness and service to all my guests.
100% deserves a pay rise.

Stopped in there for lunch and ordered our food and drinks , the service was awesome and greeted with a big smile , the food came out on a nice size plate and everything was cooked to perfection with no complaints to be left . Walked out full and happy as it was so delicious and thank you again to the staff and the cooks job well done . We will be back on our next trip to Brissy

I was extremely impressed with my lunch special meal! They're generous in their servings and the food is presented so beautifully 😍😍 the service was remarkable from both the cashier and chef! I will definitely be coming back!

Food is great and good value.
Rated service a bit lower as it is all done via an app which isn't really service IMO. Have to say food and drinks came quickly though. Yumm

The girl with the blue eye shadow was probably the most inviting and polite barmaid/ waitress I’ve met the food was great and reasonably priced

Wow! I wish I could receive the same service at other pubs. Jayde is happy, bubbly and quick. The bar was busy and she greeted anyone waiting with a smile

Food is always on point. Tad expensive but most things are these days. Special shout out to Erin. What a amazing waitress

The food is very tasty. Even the price is on the higher side but we arr paying for what we get. Nice staffs and ambience. Will return.

It was very well set up, and the food choices available catered for families. Food service was delivered to a high standard.

Had the hamburger and chips lunch deal. Great service and staff are always smiling. The set up off the bar/food area is fantastic. I enjoy sitting outside area whilst having lunch. Thanks guys for a great day on Thursday. Be seeing you soon hotel HQ

The food was great and at decent prices. The parmies are big and the pizzas are great. Made my kids mocktails when not in the menu and all the bar staff were friendly. Will be coming back

Yes we enjoyed our meal here, I order lemon,lime n bitters just to see who makes it correctly and they made it well. Mmm, our meals were delicious as well the burger n steak sandwich surprised me cos burger was huge and steak sandwich was more like a wrap filled with steak eggs and the works really....yummy and filling

Great service, well presented.and delicious pub food. Ordering via QR code from the table is excellent. No more queuing up
