The customer service provided by Misty and others at Save On Appliances was exceptional. Misty was polite, helpful and did what she said she would do. The delivery drivers likewise were on time and professional. Upon doing my first wash, the machine would not rinse. Within 15 minutes of Misty receiving my call for help, she advised a new machine would be on its way in the morning. And it was! Fortunately, it was not needed. Such a breath of fresh air to find real people with good old fashioned customer service. Maintain that point of difference!

We purchased a 7.1kW and a 5kW Mitsubishi Electric reverse cycle aircon because of the high level of customer service of the sales staff Misty, Matt and Ismail who sourced one of the last 7.1kW units for us and then set aside both split systems until we could confirm an aircon technician to install. Website easy to use, super helpful when I called them with an enquiry and very welcoming when we arrived at the store, even though I brought my husband to carry the item into the car they still helped him. My item was delivered two days ago (on Friday). Best price by far. Your service and communications was exceptional. With a phone call on day of order to confirm my delivery address. Delivery was earlier than tracking anticipated. It was well packaged for transit and arrived in tip top condition, an issue I have had on several occasions with other companies. I brought a fridge and TV online and was advised that the fridge had already sold (fridge was a really great price and the website took a while to update stock at the time) I went into the store to look for another fridge and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the change was. The customer service from the 2x store men (Matt & another male who’s name I unfortunately didn’t get) was 10/10, they were both very helpful with picking a new fridge (another great price) to sorting the transaction to loading onto the Ute. Recently bought a washing machine online from them. Easy to navigate website, competitive prices and option for free local pick up or pay a little extra for delivery. Any questions you can give them a call and talk to a real person!! I arranged for someone to pick it up on my behalf and the whole process was smooth. Would buy from them again for sure :)
