Always cheap prices and good service

Undercover parking means you can come here when it's raining & Big W is always an alternative for cheaper grocery items (at times). Sushi & the beef buns outside Woolies are great! Also try Kanz Man for something deliciously different!

Has a large variety of clothes for the whole family from socks and undies to everything else I love the shop that much we go there 2-3 times a week we manage to get something different everytime

The store is well laid out, has a great range of products at good prices and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I can also check on line to see what products are in stock.

This is a great shopping area not packed up with people and very nice atmosphere all throughout

Staff here are always friendly, especially young man with the crazy mullet. Never seen a mullet game so strong. He always helps me and goes out of his way to find stock I can’t see on the shelves. Wish I could catch his name so I could write a personal compliment to his manager

This is perhaps the best Big W store to go to if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the bigger Westfield Type Shopping Malls.

Service above and beyond expectations.. remote on a tv crapped, took in to see if could get replacement, was unable to. Told to bring in whole tv for replacement. Size was no longer available but was told for another $100 could get bigger one. Went and got tv and remote and upon return was told they actually didn't have the bigger size and model tv. Was upgraded to a far better model and size tv that price difference was $349. Still only paid the $100. Outstanding result thanks Big W. Will continue to shop here and commend the staff for this result
