Springwood Medical Centre - Medicross

Medicross Springwood is a well presented facility with a relaxing atmosphere. It is set out in a practical manner and includes all necessary elements. There is ample parking. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr Lloyd since the practice opened. She is thorough and welcoming and takes a keen interest in ensuring your health is 100%. We have also seen Dr Wilson who is equally as fantastic. I would highly recommend both of these ladies to anyone looking for a GP. The friendly reception and nurse staff are also so wonderful.

Seen Dr Fara for couple of years. She is Good and has very warm heart. Also the nurses who did the injections are well skilled and reliable.

My husband and I seeing both of the two lady doctors. They are just brilliant and very caring. We would recommend them both anytime.

My wife rang as a new patient to make an appointment and received the worst phone manner from a medical practice. The receptionist was rude, plainly denied new patient and hung up before even finished the conversion. Definitely would not recommend for new patients

I have been diagnosed with severe endometriosis, been waiting on surgery more than 1y now,my previous gp told me she can’t help me and nothing she can do when I went to see her complaining my condition getting worst and my pain getting more and strong with everyday ,she done nothing so I gave up and bared that pain each day ,until it get too much to bare I went to the hospital to seek help as no one care, they were shocked from what they heard and said my gp didn’t inform them with anything and it can’t happen and advice me to instant change her ,so I did ,that medical centre is close to my house I read a not bad reviews and decided to call hopeless to get any help, I called to book an appointment with any of the dr there,the call centre told me r u new ,I said yes she told sorry ,they won’t accept any new patients and gave me a ph to another medical centre ,I was shocked that I m just a number for them not a human being that desperately need help, I called again on what should I do ,she insisted nothing can be done and they won’t take me here ,I will never go to that medical centre ever as that’s how they treat human being ,they didn’t even hear my story or care ,and I will never be treated to any of the dr listed here no matter how great they r ,for me they lost my respect and that’s not how dr should be in my eyes .

Terrible booking service, always ask you to go to other practice, will not go back again.
Didn't show any sympathy for patients who really need help.
