Went in for a full week's grocery shop a few weeks ago and was served by a lovely young girl by the name of Natalia. she was very patient with me as I'm a little on the older side and was struggling with getting my items out of the trolley. thankyou Natalia! Would recommend Natalia for any future customers.

I buy most of my groceries here and the shopping centre has a lot to offer with a new Spec savers just recently opened.

Located inside Sunnyside shopping centre, with clean rest rooms and a variety of food options , Coles Murwillumbah has solid vegan options, a reasonable organic section, and is usually neat, tidy and well stocked. Staff are lovely, parking is usually very good.

One of the biggest Coles I have been too. They have everything and very spacious. Probably twice the size of my local Woolies at Underwood Marketplace, which is always short on stock. I enjoy going to this Coles better as they have more range and stock.

Best time to visit is early Saturday morning... Few people and lots of friendly staff... Guy with peroxide blond hair filling the small goods meat was really friendly and ask how I was going... Even liked my star wars tshirt

Honesty have shopped for 10 years and worked there for 5 years in a multitude of departments here, a brilliant and hardworking store constantly smashing their own company goals. Staff are extremely friendly, patient and helpful despite difference in opinions between customers (there's no pleasing everyone). Multitude of parks, along with a nearby carwash located towards the back of the carpark. Everyone here is hardworking and looking to do their best always in order to impress. We always strive to keep standards high so customer feedback is very useful! We are always looking to improve upon our store to make shopping a better experience. Hope everyone enjoys their shop here as much as I enjoy working and shopping here!

Great place to shop. Always busy but getting through the checkouts is breeze no hold ups. Great variety of products and very clean.

Today, I phoned Coles at Springwood as I have been extremely unwell and had difficulty with my breathing. I had run out of the basics, milk, bread, tea and cold meat. As I don't have a credit card and only deal in cash, could not make use of online shopping. Service desk staff solved my problem by doing my shopping for me and then phoned me telling me that my goods were ready for pickup. Throughout the process each person was courteous, thoughtful and considerate of my circumstances. I cannot remember the ladies' names, but I just wanted to say, thank you. This occurred at approximately 1:30 pm. My thanks to you both.

Great range of quality products at low prices.

Clean, spacious, well stocked store. Plenty of staff around if assistance is needed. Easy access to undercover parking. Covered area for Click and Collect shopping.

Love the click and collect option. The staff are friendly. The store is clean, spacious and food items neatly presented. Love the trolleys with the double seats for toddlers. Love the new opening times.

Mark is amazing and so compassionate. During the great Toilet Paper outage of 2020, he pulled some rolls from a broken pack out back and gave them to us. Thank you Mark!!!
