Dan Murphy's Springwood

Staff are friendly and helpful enough that I drive past a few other Dan Murphy's to shop at this one.

Wide variety of liquors at unbeatable prices as well as fantastic service.

This particular store has been my "go-to" when it comes to buying something new to enjoy. What prompted me to write a review was an instance where a staff member went above and beyond for me!

I'd purchased a bottle of whiskey which happened to be the last bottle on the shelf. In my eagerness I left not having had noticed the bottle was damaged and the integrity of the liquor compromised.

I didn't ask for a receipt so I was worried the legitimacy of my return request would be questioned. However, when I walked in and explained my dilemma to the gentleman at the register, he immediately attempted to find me a replacement and when he was unable to promptly offered a refund or equal value exchange.

The service I had experienced cemented this Dan Murphys as my 100% exclusive bottle shop as I'll be returning the loyalty I had experienced when I needed it.

Great place and friendly staff even though they've all seemed noticeably down over the last several months. But guessing that's a leadership issue, or lack of. Was great to see Mel back there the other day, we thought she left. She easily has best customer service skills in the place and has you leaving happier than when you came in. Always worth the wait if you're lining up at her register. Great attitude and friendly smile. We hope to see her there more often.

Aircon, lots of variety in wines, beers, ciders, ginger beers, (good variety of international wines & beers, spirits) stickies, fortified wines, non-alcohols, casks, mixers, spirits, ice. Cold rooms and fridges filled with best sellers, not necessarily your favourites. Helpful & knowledgable staff to guide you in your selections, and advice on where to find it at other DM sites. Good and ample parking, although it's on a rise, no steps to enter although if you want some they are there. Disabled parking.Two access roads. Best access from Cinderella Drive.

Came in late last week looking for craft beer to try something new as I’m not much of a drinker and was helped by a gentleman named Eden. Had a bit of a yarn with the fella and walked out with a four pack of black hops goat ipa hazy. I was very happy with this and I definitely would come back 👍🏼. Staff seemed friendly and the lady on registers was nice also.

Staff are very helpful. Always ready to help when needed. Security guards outside are very helpful and always greet with a smile

This is the best Dan's store. Always so helpful and the staff are lovely. One of the workers teigan is always extremely helpful she makes it a genuine joy to go into store.
