The Bathroom Biz did our main bathroom, toilet, laundry and ensuite, so quite a big job. I am truly impressed with the whole process from quoting, picking products, gutting the rooms and to completion. Peter (who provided a quote that I thought was very reasonable) and the whole team, from the admin staff down to the building craftsmen (Andy & John), plumber, electricians, painter and tiler could not be faulted for their excellent work.
They accommodated every change I asked for, everyone turned up promptly every day and worked to complete the job in unbelievable time - the finished effect is absolutely fantastic. Our two bathroom and laundry renovation was outstanding from start to finish. Pete and Vicky stock everything you need at their store - wish I had known they have tiles too! We shopped around and still ended up getting everything from them. The workmanship was outstanding, the tradies were all exceptional (huge thanks to Scott and Adam in particular), they finished on time and with no drama. We had some special needs and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly, our bathrooms and laundry look fantastic - we could not be happier!

We attended the Brisbane Home Show in 2020 to investigate options for renovating our tired bathroom and ensuite, and arranged for several companies to provide a quote for the work. From the initial visit to our home for the consultation and subsequent showroom visits, Peter and Vicky Gardner and the team from The Bathroom Biz stood out from the pack.

The Bathroom Biz operate a very efficient build schedule which is well communicated to clients, and supported by a detailed QBCC contract and insurance (which meant no surprises). Peter provided excellent advice, was always available to answer our questions, and was happy to discuss any variations we wanted to the design as they came up.

Peter and Vicky have assembled an excellent team of skilled tradespeople to make the design come to life, supported by knowledgeable showroom staff to assist clients with product choices. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout that we were in good hands and would achieve a great outcome.

We couldn’t be happier with our wonderful new ensuite and bathroom, which have made a huge improvement to our home and added value beyond their cost. Just finished our main bathroom, toilet and ensuite renovations with The Bathroom Biz - our bathrooms were full demolition and rebuilds. The entire process from quotation, showroom selections, scheduling and fit out was well communicated, professional, on-time, and courteous.

The end result more than met our expectations, and the tiling which is the main feature on display is faultless and has been commented so by our family & friends who have seen the new bathrooms so far. We would not hesitate recommending The Bathroom Biz to anyone thinking of redoing their bathroom and so I recommend that you do yourself a favour and get a quote from them at the very least.

Peter and his team are efficient, carecul with detail and they do keep the work area clean at the end of each work day. Our ensuite was refurbished only six years ago by another contactor and soon after we discovered Bathroombiz. If only we had known the company back then. Bathroombiz has an excellent display of products - taps, tiles, sinks, shower heads - the list goes on and on. We did go to several well known suppliers to view stock and Bathroombiz has excellent stock on display and they know what works well in your bathroom. Our ensuite is small and we removed one of the built in cupboards to increase space. This worked well. Our tiles were sourced from Traditional Tiles nearby but Bathroombiz does have a reasonable time range to choose from. The contractors such as Tabicat for the shower door are very capable and all trades were attentive to detail. You will be made aware of costs/items included in contract and what are additional items. We were reasonably certain what taps, tiles etc. We wanted and home owners have a responsibility to clear on colours, design etc in order for builders to perform the task at hand.
