Got our wedding sparklers from unique party shop online. Great price and good customer service. These 70cm sparklers are perfect for us and lasted for approximately 5 mins? Feels so long!

Ordered party supplies online for an interstate function I was organising. Great service from the beginning: website was easy to navigate, phone query prior to ordering was professional and helpful, products arrived very promptly with reliable tracking. Products packed securely in a sturdy box, all items were great and as ordered . Will definitely be Buying from this company again.

We hosted a cricket themed party for my child and the plates and napkins for unique party supplies made the day extra cute. The communication from the store was amazing, and the items arrived very fast - they were shipped the morning after I placed my late night order. I had left ordering until 2 weeks before the party and we are based in WA, but my items arrived with plent of time. Would recommend and would definitely order from this shop again!

Amazing service. Wasn't able to have an item due to no stock. I was promptly contacted by phone and then emailed. Asked for a substitute item and everything was delivered the next day! Really impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks team for everything.

Use these guys all the time for all our party needs! They never disappoint! I have 2 young boys and no matter the theme they choose I can always get something to blow their minds. What a wonderful find. Brilliant service. I ordered Easter eggs very late and didn’t expect them until after Easter. They arrived on the Thursday before Easter. The staff went beyond expectations for the delivery. Unfortunately no photos as they have been eaten. Thank you so much

Walked in today to get a gift wrap done for a toy bought at kmart. Came to know they only sell gift wrap but do not wrap it for us. But lovely staff named Nelly (sorry if I’ve got the name wrong) has gone above and beyond and did the wrapping. You guys are amazing and it helped me reach the party on time.

Had a great and easy experience getting a 1 balloon for my son’s birthday party. The quality of the balloon was great, was the exact colour we were after and communication with the store was super easy as I could just text. Would definitely use Unique Party Shop again!

Fantastic customer service! I needed a large quantity ordered at the last minute, and they worked with the supplier to make sure the product was delivered ahead of time. Very responsive and excellent communication every step of the way!

Amazing!! The outfits were absolutely PERFECT me and my family went as the incredibles, at incredibly late notice, 5 days before we needed it, they contacted me the next day I expressed my worry’s and sure enough it was there in my door step the next afternoon!!!!!! Never experienced such quick turn around and such great customer service. I have fancy dress shops local but I will definitely been opting for you guys again! Amazing!

I purchased the 90cm sparklers online for the first dance at our wedding. The sparklers were a hit with our guests and were long enough to last the entire song. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other retailers and delivery was super quick. Thank you for making our night magical!

I ordered some Easter decorations, and one lot had sold out. A representative rang me as soon as they realised, as well as sending an email. We quickly sorted a replacement. Great communication.

The staff were fabulous - so so kind and responded so quickly to my email - ! My items came very quickly and exactly as I had ordered !

My item was exactly as described and the reindeer lights look better than expected. Highly rate Unique Party shop. Quick delivery item in good condition although the box was a bit squashed. The courier service delivered my item to the wrong address but I was able to retrieve my item from a neighbouring house.
